We have a wonderful stay here. Around 5 minutes walking distance to central of Ubud. Air con and hot shower. The family is lovely, great service nice breakfast. The owner is very communicative. The pool area has nice large garden for my child to run around. We could hear balinese instruments playing just around the corner, lovely vibes.

We have been on vacation since 06/25/2024. We really enjoyed. Cozy, clean, there is a swimming pool and, only 4 rooms, quiet and peaceful. Nearby, within walking distance (5 minutes on foot), there is a busy street with shops, restaurants, bike rentals, etc.) very nice owners, for breakfast there were the best pancakes we tried in Bali. The only negative is the poor drainage in the shower, but otherwise excellent. The owner of the house is very responsive and pleasant, he offered driver services to any location by car. We went to the waterfalls, the price was good, we liked it. A good guesthouse overall for the money.

Super quiet location although very centrally located in Ubud as the rooms are far away from the street.Own cozy pool, outstanding breakfast, super lovely host family and service.Rooms were a bit noisy, unfortunately we had loud neighbors!The only small point of criticism: although they are super fond of animals, the entrance area unfortunately smells a bit like a dog and cat litter box! But you get through it quickly, so it's not that hard.Scooter rental right outside the door.

Big and clean room, away from busy streets, very quiet. I was able to work on my laptop during day and night. Free breakfast with fresh juice , nice and friendly family.

This small homestay with just 4 rooms is perfect for exploring Ubud and the surrounding area.The center is close enough to shop and visit restaurants, but it is also far enough away to really sleep in peace.We have never had it as quiet as it was here on our trip.The hosts are incredibly nice. Likewise the many dogs that always greeted us 😀.The breakfast was manageable, but very tasty.We had the choice between eggs and pancakes.Both were good, although we were more impressed by the pancakes 😀.There were also juices and coffee or tea, which we ordered every evening via WhatsApp for a specific time. Breakfast is always brought to the room.The rooms are well equipped with coffee, tea and water.The bed is comfortable and the water for showering is hot.We spent the first night on the ground floor, which was actually a bit moldy and smelled like it. We knew this beforehand, so we asked early whether we could go upstairs.There was no moldy or damp smell there. Still a little uncomfortable if you have asthma like me.Small point deduction because of that and because of the bathroom. The bathroom is generally clean, but could be cleaner. Since it doesn't have a window, it's always a little difficult to ventilate properly, and that's what it smells like. It wasn't really unpleasant, but it wasn't really nice either. The corners could also be cleaner. But as dramatic as it may sound now, it definitely wasn't 😀. I also like shower enclosures more than the open design, as otherwise you would end up flooding half the bathroom. A matter of taste.The WiFi worked well, so I was also able to hold zoom calls.The host is also a driver. Unfortunately we didn't find out about this until very late. So if you are planning day trips to various sights, just ask.

Amazing week in Sriwedari 40 with my friends!+:- Amazing location, 6-7 min by walk from the main street, very calm area and quiet- Amazing guesthouse, it's so beautiful, temple in the middle, rooms at the back, only 4 rooms, so very calm, they come to clean every day, private balcony, beautiful view, very comfortable bed- Amazing pool, so refreshing- The owners are soooooooo kind, we met the family, beautiful and kind dogs hihi, they are caring and helpful- Breakfast included, very good and delivered to the room at the time you want- You can rent a scooter just in front-:- none

We had a wonderful stay at Kelit’s place and that was value for money. We had nice breakfast that was enough before heading out to the street. But second breakfast maybe needed if you want to survive til lunch.Pool is clean and Kelit’s family is very friendly. He can offer all different services from sightseeing, excursion to transfers and after minor bargain you can get fair price.The place located long enough from Main Street of Ubud so it’s not noisy, but still walkable distance and there is numerous cafes and restaurants in the street as well if you want to stay in more quite area.Only thing is to be improved is bathroom as it’s it not thought through in many details. There is no ventilation and very humid room because of this, no cups for toothbrushes and shower itself can’t be adjusted in height or angle. However, as we were mentioned it is on his to do list.Overall that was pleasant experience 😃
