We rented an apartment for the first half of our vacation, it was very convenient, we quickly got to any location, the owners are always ready to help, tell us where it’s best to go, and you can also take excursions with a Russian guide from them 👍🏽If we come to Bali again we will definitely stay here.

A beautiful place. I was there alone and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The gardens are incredibly beautiful and everyone is super friendly. The breakfast is varied and rich. There are lots of animals and you can really be part of local life if you want to. In the middle of the silver village.There are no restaurants or cafes nearby. You have to take a scooter. But then it's only 10 minutes.

The villa is old and requires serious renovation. You can say a villa with grandma's renovation. Your neighbors will be huge lizards, spiders and ants of several species. Someone big and scary is stomping on the ceiling at night. Behind the site wall is the district temple and you can hear all the Balinese lunar ceremonies. And in the mornings around 6 o’clock you will be woken up by the sounds of motorbikes. The Internet can barely handle video with the lowest quality, and video conferencing is very slow. Of the three TVs in the villa, only one works. The equipment in the kitchen is old, there is no kettle, there are few dishes... not even a saucepan. At the same time, it was a pleasure to collaborate with Roiani, after whom the villa was apparently named. Linens and towels are clean. The pool was cleaned every day. The villa was cleaned well upon request. Checking into the villa is quite complicated and may not work out the first time.. In general, for the money that the owner is asking for, I would think twice before making a deposit. Don’t spoil your impressions of Ubud by staying in such a villa. It's better to look for something more modern and of better quality.

Was able to stay here for an extended two month stay: the host family are incredibly amiable. The rooms are luxurious, clean and comfortable. And the setting is one reminiscent of a tropical garden. Much recommended

The experience in that villa was incredible, the owner has motorcycles to rent, it is very cheap.If you are people who like privacy and do not want your room made, let us know.

It must be said that the villa is wonderful. The breakfast is hearty, we even had a little left over the three days we stayed. To put it another way, there were too many mosquitoes (we were the third in September) and it was impossible to be outside unless you were in the pool. Therefore the outside part could not be enjoyed as it should. Great treatment and very economical laundry.
