A comfortable place for a holiday, looking for coolness, clean rooms, clean swimming pool, comfortable atmosphere, no vehicle noise, the breakfast menu is also delicious

+ Room cleaning every day. Breakfast in the room. Smiling, polite staff.- Mold on the walls, the roof is leaking, wet stains on the walls, the smell of mold.- Black moldy pillows, blankets, damp, stained bed linen with an unpleasant odor. I immediately asked for everything to be replaced. They exchanged it for something less spoiled, but still spoiled! The next day they brought new pillows. They were clean, without mold, but very uncomfortable, my neck hurt.- Not a comfortable mattress. Which makes my back hurt terribly!- There is no soundproofing at all! You can hear even the quietest conversations in the next room!When at 11 pm I wrote a message to the manager asking him to contact the neighbors. That they would make the film and music quieter. The manager replied that they would try to contact them. But they didn’t do anything! The girls continued to watch the film at the same volume. Despite the fact that they were quiet, decent, good neighbors. The downside is the soundproofing and the staff's willingness to resolve the situation. They simply pretended that they were ready to help, but in fact they did nothing.- Muddy, dirty water in the pool- There is not a single holder or shelf for towels in the bathroom! There is also not a single hook for a towel near the sink in the room.- When we checked in, we had dirty, bad-smelling white towels, all stained. I asked for a replacement. They refused, saying that they had no others. And they only left us a pool towel to use.- The staff is very intrusive and has no sense of boundaries. Breakfast is brought to your room, strictly on time. But if you are still sleeping, then they begin to loudly and persistently wake you up. They knock on the door many times, shout under the door until you get up and go out to them yourself. This happened every morning!- At night we turned off the light on the street near the front door to the room. So that insects do not fly into the light. And so that the room would be darker at night. The staff came three times in the middle of the night and turned on the lights for us. This made me wake up, get up and turn it off again. But they silently came again to turn on the lights!- We had a very unpleasant story with bedding. After they changed my underwear, which was all moldy and damp. After the first night, my son wrote a little on the bed linen with a pink pencil. Yes, this act cannot be justified! It's our fault. But the inscription could be easily washed off. They brought this underwear to show me and shoved it in my face that I should buy them new ones or pay for a new set. The linen was already covered in yellow streaks and stains. This bed linen was absolutely not new! I admitted our guilt and took it to the laundry. The linen was washed well, everything that my son drew was washed and ironed. When I returned the bed linen was clean and smelled good. Then the staff started telling me that there were yellow stains on the bed linen and claimed that it was my fault, they claimed that they laid me new linen from the package. But this is not true! I refused to continue dialogue with them. I wrote a message to the manager. The hotel manager did not consider it necessary to apologize.

It's a lovey accomodation in the sorroundings of Ubud. Better to have a motorbike so you can move back and forth from the center, but Grab ride is also cheap (60k for a car one way). They helped me cancel the remaining nights for free because we had an emergency and needed to leave Ubud sooner than expected

Beautiful, clean and above all very quiet place. The workers here are friendly, caring and interested in the guests. everything here is maintained, rooms and areas around the pool. breakfast is excellent. it is a long walk to the center, but renting a motorbike is generally cheap in Bali and they will gladly bring the motorbike to the hotel. I can warmly recommend this place to everyone.

Great place to stay. The area is quietest in Ubud.

I stayed for the 3rd time. But in this time is really disappointed, about the room, wasn't TV working, wasn't water raning at all in the evening time

This for the 3rd time I stayed, view is beautiful... breakfast was great...but I,m sorry to say in the rooms tv wasn't working,water isn't raining at all. Im boking 3 room with my employee and also my family...is really disappointed for this time.
