A calm cozy piece of heavenI stayed for 6 nights here. I've enjoyed every second of it. The private pool was clean and perfect for swimming (around 160cm depth). The owner and the crew were so polite and helpful. They listened to our requests. They messaged us before our arrival and greeted us. The villa was cleaned each day. The bathtub and shower room was clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was so delicious. Breakfast has 3 options: Omelette, French toast or Pancakes. I've tried all and all options are really tasty. The most amazing part of this villa is the quietness and calmness. No noise, no bike sounds or horns. Perfect for relaxing.The only part that is a bit of letdown was the location. It's a double edged sword. On one hand you got a super quiet villa that is both reachable to Sanur Beach and Ubud. Also you can find local places and prices. On the other hand It's far from attractions. I used the Grab most of the time so had no issue to reach touristic spots. If you rent a bike or car the villa has a parking spot which could be useful.Overall I am happy with my stay and If I come back to Bali someday I'd book this place again.

A lovely villa with a touch of luxury! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast tasty! Pak Anton was very responsive to all our requests! Every day we came back to an immaculate room. Looking forward to staying there again!

I liked staying at this villa for a short time. It has all you need. a beautiful view on the second floor to make nice sunset photos. The pool is very clean. The only thing to change is the smell in the bathrooms, may be just to add some aroma thing (like coffee beans) in there.

Nice rooms, nice villa, but sometimes the staff is not on standby at the villa so guests often have difficulty meeting the staff when they need help

This is the worst accommodation I ever had! Or I should say the service was horrible! 1. No one ever answered phone call! 2. No reception and can’t find anyone for check in. 3. No hairdryer in the room. 3. No fridge in the room. 4. Even no hot water for shower! 5. The owner was the worst and laziest business owner I ever seen! Can’t even be bothered to tell you the wifi password and ask you to wait for the staff to tell you. 6. The nasty female owner will sit behind the breakfast table to watch you while you are eating.

Very rude manager (Hameda). Booked a room with private pool but it was totally opposite. Gave me a room with bad air conditioner. She refused to give me the room I booked. Also, she refused to give me a fan, on top of that I called her and she terminated the call.

Good stay for 2 nights. It's secluded. Restaurant service is just ok. Room is spacious. Common areas are beautiful. No other activities provided. Good place if you want to rest and go around Ubud

I'd say this 4 star is equivalent to a USA 2 star hotel or lower. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. However, keep in mind you can't flush toilet paper, the bathroom has a curtain for a door, there are no toiletries except for body wash and a toothbrush. Breakfast is included but it's not good and the coffee is this instant powder stuff that's really gross. Also the lighting in the room is terrible.

When I came here it was half past 10 in the evening. There are no guards or even security...The atmosphere was very dark so it was a bit creapy, I almost gave up looking for another hotel, the man on duty appeared. Finally stayed here overnight.The rooms are spacious... in the morning the atmosphere is very beautiful, ❤️

The rooms are nice, very spacious. Unfortunately, it's so dark at night that I'm not sure whether this place is actually operating or not. Coincidentally, I checked in at 21.00 at night, looked for someone at the dark reception as if I was going to test my courage but didn't find them either. I like horror vibes, that's fine

Security 0 attitude. Saya ga nginep disini, tapi saya orang lokal yg tinggal di dusun sini. Security always catcalling the local women. He has done it many times. Literally has zero attitudes.I'm a hospitality person too. The owner should give more training to the staffs.Im not sure he's a security or whatever, this person stand by on the pos near the road
