The staff member named Eddie was very friendly. There is no elevator, but they will lift all your luggage for you. The surrounding area has a quiet view of the rice fields, and the rice isn't bad, but it's better not to have high expectations.Other than that, the water pressure is adequate and the bathroom and bedding are clean.

Shocking experience. The date of my reservation was messed up. It became the same date as the day I booked it, and because of such a short time span, more than 1k was already deducted in full before I realized what happened. I did not sleep in the hotel for a single second nor did I eat anything. During this time period, the property never reached out once to see whether I’m actually checking in, and when I reached out regarding this issue, I was ignored.Very shook how people can take others money for granted.

A perfect place away from the city noise. We had a great stay here, the breakfast was delicious! The staffs were welcoming & helpful as well. The room was spacious and the view of rice fields is amazing! They have shuttle service to Ubud city as well!100% recommended! 👍🏼

The manager Edi plays well with children and is very kind! The hotel is little small, but very comfortable and peaceful. They also provide a free shuttle to child’s school😊

The hotel is located outside Ubud in the middle of beautiful rice fields. The center of Ubud can be reached by scooter within 10 minutes. We had a suite with a rice field view. The hotel also has a swimming pool.We were warmly welcomed by Edi and his colleagues. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel for those who want to be a little outside the hustle and bustle and enjoy a beautiful view!We stayed at Paon Desa for 4 nights and felt very comfortable right from the start. Immediately upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the employee Edi. Our suite with a view of the rice fields was very clean, large and equipped with everything you need.The service was excellent on all counts. From room service to reception service to breakfast service. We were also very impressed with this. You can choose between 2 menus (Indonesian and American). Within the menu you have another choice between different “dishes”. We really liked the banana pancakes from the Indonesian menu.The hotel complex is small but very clean. The same applies to the pool. You can definitely spend a few comfortable hours here.The hotel is characterized by the enchanting view of the rice fields as well as the great service.We would definitely come here again.Thanks to the whole team!

I have been to many hotels around the world,this is one of the best staff i have ever seenso cute and helpfulrooms are very cleanperfect place to spend your time in ubud and get back sleepthe only downside is that it’s a little far from center around 15 mins with bike
