This place is run by a friendly owner alone.It consists of three private houses, a place for the owner to stay, and a public lounge. It is located on the outskirts, so you can escape the hustle and bustle of Walking Street.Crossing the main bridge by motorcycle takes about 10-15 minutes.There are also local restaurants around the accommodation.The owner is very friendly and it feels like I'm visiting my mother or aunt's house.At night, you can feel peaceful surrounded by the sound of insects. It was an amazing experience because there were no mosquitoes, perhaps because these insects eat mosquitoes.It's a highly recommended place and I'm willing to go again if I visit Pai again.

We were able to enjoy two quiet nights away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Arpar is a kind-hearted host, speaks English and is always up for fun. 😊We took her very close to our hearts. ❤️Thank you for everything, dear Arpar! 😊🙏

The room is cute and the owner? speaks English.There is also a terrace with plenty of space to relax.You can hear the sounds of cows and insects, and enjoy nature to the fullest.If you take a shower during cooler times, the water may feel lukewarm, so it might be a little cold.Shampoo and soap were provided.Wi-Fi was high speed and we didn't have any major issues overall.It's a little far from the city, so it's convenient if you have a bike.

Definitely go here! My friend and I had a truly unforgettable experience here. The bungalow is very neat and the area is wonderfully quiet. It is about 10 minutes from the center by scooter. However, the hostess made the stay unforgettable. She was so incredibly sweet and took care of us as if we were her own children. We won't soon forget her

A very nice place just out of the busy center. When we told her what our favorite fruit was, she served it for breakfast the next morning. Soooo sweet. A very caring woman. The accommodation is top notch. Surrounded by greenery, a buffalo as a neighbor, a small veranda where you can relax.

The interior and exterior of the accommodation is decorated with eco-friendly bamboo, which is very appealing.I really had a great day in nature. I will have to give up my desire to stay for a few more days.

Wonderful bungalows in a beautiful location in Paya 5 minutes from the center along a picturesque road. Clean, comfortable, wonderful views. At night there are sounds of nature, lanterns in the garden, very cozy. The hostess is kind and sincere. Be sure to order her breakfast with coffee and a view of nature! I wish you good luck and development of this wonderful place, which the owner selflessly maintains and takes care of the guests as if they were family.

We loved staying at the Tulip resort and we were sad to leave. The host is very helpful and sweet. The location is a lovely (especially at sunset) 10 minute scooter ride form the main centre. We stayed in Tulip resort in January so it was a little bit cold in the mornings and evenings, but the host was very accommodating and gave us extra blankets. Thank you again to the host!

A very quiet, clean and cozy place, the location is not very central but it is a place that if or if you have to rent a motorcycle to get around and I recommend this little paradise to disconnect from the tourist area... the owner goes out of her way for you, I recommend it and she will be very grateful that you choose to spend a few days in her super luxury cabins

Absolutely recommended! If you like a accommodation in the nature and a bit (but not too fare) away from the city. Arpar picked us up from the bus terminal and we rented for a few days a scooter (100 THB/d) in the city for getting around.The breakfast in the resort is super delicious. I can recommend the muesli and the omelette!The room is clean, has enough space, a waterboiler and a refrigerator. We felt home for the first day.For a 10 minutes walk you can reach a local restaurant, which Arpar recommended us. We ate there every evening because it was so delicious!Staying in Arpars tulip resort is an expierience, I don’t want to miss. Main reason is Arpar herself, because she’s absolutely lovely person.

The resort is tucked away in a mountainside oasis. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The lady who runs this place is incredibly nice. She gave us recommendations on how to see the waterfall that isn’t even on Google maps.

Its in the most beautiful part of Pai. My friends and I called the street scenic route because of the view. The resort owner the sweetest lady i‘ve met and she took great care of my mother. She helped with everything and made us feel like family. I cant recommend enough.

Serene and quiet bamboo bungalow house in a ex paddy field . Birds chirping in the morning fog and serene atmosphere . It was really cooling in night . The owner was helpful .
