The resort is fantastic, especially since it is in front of the sea, but the place around it is scary, dark and unsafe. Breakfast is their right and it is not nice at all. They specify what you will have for breakfast and the menu is small but only eggs, oatmeal and noodles.

I can't give them any stars, the house and the grounds are run down. Just look at the pictures. The beach is great and can be reached via the garden, but that's the only good thing there. There are also a few bars nearby and a wonderful Hotel Komune - you have to go there! The breakfast was also nothing special.

Nice villa with clean rooms. Service is good with the staff being very polite and helpful. No room service though. But you can easily arrange for grab food. And there are restaurants a few minutes walk away too. Convenient stores are nearby about a 5-10min walk. However walking at night is not recommended as there are limited street lamps. Very dark. For safety I would advise against it.

The whole villa 7 smell like mold. Everything very old and dirty. Need renovation. Unsafe for children to stay here at this condition. We had to cancel the booking (4days) 30 minutes from arriving which they took almost $1,000 aud (50%) for cancellation. I would steer clear of this place.

The villa is not new, but it is well maintained. Breakfast is made on site, in the villa's kitchen. The staff is friendly. And you have a restaurant 100 meters away

Each villa has different owners. In front of the beach, but to go to the beach we have to leave the villa complex and enter the beach via the public road.The villa I visited had 3 rooms and a large living room area.You can also rent monthly here 👍
