The hotel is excellent, the service is excellent, friendly, the neighbors are good, the room and the pool are clean, frankly, it is a wonderful and very beautiful place, especially the staff, Newman Junay, Velin, Yanti, Risa and Leonie.The driver, Obon and the resto, is nice, helpful and Desri too, thank you

This has been one of the best holidays I have ever had. The villas are beautiful, comfortable and covered in gorgeous tropical plants. I woke up every morning with the sun streaming through the window over rice fields, and looked down from my balcony to a private pool with frangipanis floating in it. The staff and service is incredible, everyone is so kind and they make everything so easy and convenient. There are so many activities on offer and were able to request a private driver and a bespoke tour. I never wanted to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Another wonderful stay at Desa Swan. Lovely comfy accommodation, extremely friendly staff with excellent customer service, great location. I’d also recommend the massage at the spa. Would definitely recommend this Villa and looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The Villa’s were even better than expected. The pool was clean and gardens well maintained. The beds were the most comfortable beds we used out of the five hotels we stayed at on our trip. Location is great for surf, especially for KFC and Keramas.Would definitely recommend as they were really good value compared to surrounding hotels, and it was nice having our own private peace of paradise.

We stayed at the Desa Swan for two weeks and it was a really nice vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and relaxed, I've never felt both in a hotel before. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful and green area, which is very well maintained by the people there. Room service came twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening to dress up the room) and was very unobtrusive, which I found very pleasant. Our needs were taken into consideration at all times. The location was very quiet and we were able to travel around large parts of Bali from here with our rented scooter. We were always happy to come back to the hotel because it was very relaxed and quiet compared to hotspots like Udbud.We booked breakfast, which also had a good vegan selection.We'll definitely come back again!

The team was incredibly attentive. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued and welcomed. Whether it was a simple request or a more specific need; like removal of geckos, they responded promptly and always with a smile.

The hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommended! The staff was incredibly kind and lovely. When our daughter got sick, they did everything for her to feel better, asked after her and so on. The villa is fantastic. Especially did we enjoy the garden with the wonderful pool. The rooms have everything you need.

I came here in the afternoon 30/09 as i unfortunately fell off my moped nearby and had injured my toe and knee I was met by the most loveliest and empathetic staff, they provided me with bandages for my wounds - since being in bali we have met nothing but the most kind and hospitable people and this is just another example of that thank you very much and God bless you all! :)
