We stayed here for 2 nights while in Ubud! All the staff were kind, smiling and very nice! I was especially grateful to Mr. Jack who handled everything with a smile and kindly. The rooms were so clean that every photo looked great! It was a very nice room with a bathtub and no problems with water pressure or wind pressure from the hair dryer! ! I was very happy that there were many water servers and wash basins ☺️ It was such a great inn that I would like to stay here again when I come to Ubud again! I want to go see Jack again!! Thank you Jack! !

It’s a nightmare staying in this hotel. The staff is not properly trained and not ready to help at all. No matter what there is no solution provided for any issue that you face. They do not understand English at all so communication is a big challenge. Food is disgusting and undercooked. It feels like a 1 star hotel. I wanted to speak to the manager but I was told the manager is away and if you want his number then take it from google. I am pregnant woman and got no food after I complained about the food and had to sleep empty stomach. Paid about usd200 for this room but it’s not even worth USD20. I would suggest no one to stay here.

Frankly speaking, the villa is awesome and the service is very nice, especially with children, and its view of the pool and the waterfall is wonderful, but its problem is privacy: there are no doors to the villa and the pool is open. Everyone who passes by can see those swimming.

The villas are extremely splendid, a wonderful experience to relax and enjoy the natural scenery, but they are not suitable for children. It is also very dangerous for them. The elderly and people of determination cannot live in them. There is no way for cars to enter.Going down to the villas is tiring and there are long stairs.Breakfast: They gave us paper from which we could choose the breakfast items. The breakfast was delicious and the quantity was good, but it took more than an hour for breakfast.They bring you your order that you chose from the paper and it is served to you hot. They do not serve you breakfast all at once, but they first serve the fruit, then the main course, then the tea, then the bread and cheese, then the dessert.The second day, breakfast was a buffetThe plugs need to get an adapter for them. We took two villas and they only gave us one, and after a call they gave us a second.

A wonderful villa and an exciting experience, a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the stunning scenery. The villa is very clean and well-organized. The staff are all friendly and kind without exception. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel, the room was clean and the service is amazing. Our door wasn’t closing correctly so we have issue with the insectsAnd when we ask for insects spray they give us an empty one. The breakfast is nice and on time, location nice but can’t walk to the middle of ubud directly, need to take a taxi.
