Great value. Great location- 5 min walk from Bang Tao beach. Nice rooftop lounge. Nice gym and pools. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast below average.

Condo plus hotel. Cons - tired, the pool does not excite the desire to dive in (yellow-green tiles and a lot of natural debris). Pros - everything is clean and tidy, cozy and private.))) Excellent location, reasonable prices, friendly staff. The sea is visible from the window)) Bang Tao Beach is across the road, you will have to walk a little to Surin.

Quiet place. Back door leads to path that is 10 min walk to beach, 7-11 and restaurants. Helpful reception. Booked a room with 2 rooms and 2 queen beds beside pool. Facilities tad old. Remote for air con missing so used main switch . Toilet 1 flush pressure not working. Toilet 2 hot water not working. Guy came but could not fix it. Rubbish bins not cleared. Toilet paper not replenished. Itchy after sleeping in bed sheets and kept sneezing. Suspect due to dust.

Good afternoon03/07/2018 we stopped at the hotel. Room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, studio room, kitchen, balcony. The photos posted on the hotel website are true. Only the numbers seem a little larger than in reality. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. Exchangers, taxis, cafes, shops with clothes and fruit are in abundance. 7/11 and the local convenience store (almost opposite 7/11) will keep you from starving. By the way, I recommend a local store, not 7/11. Wide range of non-food products and low prices. I really liked it.Pros:+ the interior is quite decent+ beautiful view of the garden from the windows+ two swimming pools (+ children’s)+ good air conditioning system+ everything works fine+ few people, quiet and cozyMinuses:- The room has a stove, but no kitchen utensils for cooking. We bought the pan and pan ourselves in a shopping center (tuk tuk 300 baht one way to the Villa Market supermarket, + 1400 baht for the dishes themselves, we couldn’t find it cheaper). Small supplies can be bought cheaply near the hotel at the local minimarket- Ants. There are a lot of ants in the hotel. Left food attracts them in large numbers. You can pick up the poison at the reception, but this is a temporary measure.- A 1-liter kettle does not boil enough water for a family.- Sockets are in short supply; you can turn on either a kettle or a microwave. We'll have to choose. The condition of the sockets requires repair- Cleaning. In general, everything is not bad, but she is so “not intrusive” that sometimes you understand that she was carried out only by the abandoned bottles of water. When cleaning, the floors are washed, the beds are made, and towels are changed. I have not yet observed wet cleaning or window washing. The desire of the staff to leave a pleasant impression is also the same.- There are no bathroom amenities. Only soap. I’m not used to taking such things with me; usually I have everything. We bought them ourselves at 7/11.- breakfasts do not have a large assortment and variety. About 10 dishes, some didn't seem edible, so I didn't try them. The only fruit is watermelon. There is enough to eat, but you won’t be able to eat well and tasty.Overall: if funds allow, I recommend choosing a five-star hotel. If you go to Chris Resort, be prepared for a moderate level of service and the everyday difficulties described above.In general: minor shortcomings go unnoticed, under the impressions of this beautiful country.
