I don't want to be too sadistic, but it's really quite bad🥺 I really want to swim, oh the pool... punten🙏🏻 hopefully we can improve the service and it will be as good as the photo shown. For those of you who want to stay overnight, you have to remember that at this price and the facilities that are so rich, wow, don't expect anything, otherwise your holiday will be in a bad mood or it's better to just move 🙂↕️

Does not match advertising. The CHSE certificate is also not valid. The rooms are not maintained, lizard droppings are everywhere. Just go back and forth. Amenities are not available. Glasses are requested first, then provided. Owner or management please pay attention!

Never again!!Everything was pretty rocky, maybe it was nice 10 years ago. There is now nothing left of the facility's splendour, which is a shame!It's better to book somewhere else.

The room is super dirty, the bathtub is dirty, can't be locked, the AC is hot, the hot water isn't on. There's no receptionist. When you complain, many employees say they don't have permission to come in. Very unprofessional. Not recommended for anyone to stay here.

Before the pandemic it seemed like a luxury villa. Still well maintained, clean, although it doesn't look new anymore.I don't know why there are so many flies during the day. There are no mosquitoes even though there are lots of trees and plants.Complete facilities. Outside the room there is a kitchen, dining table, sofa. Private indoor pool, not for children.Apart from the private pool, there is a larger outdoor swimming pool, two-story dining area, overlooking the rice fields.Only 5 minutes walk to Geminik beach, 7 minutes to Khubur beach facing the Ocean. Not for swimming but surfing because the waves are big.

Be careful of fraudulent hotels. The real condition of the hotel is very different from the photos. I was only there for 30 minutes to inspect the room then left without using the accommodation. The room was very damp and smelly. Lots of cobwebs and the surface of the walls is peeling/mouldy. The bathroom was very poorly maintained, the shower curtain was badly damaged, the toilet was yellow as if it hadn't been cleaned and was disgusting. The shower head is also rusty. The yellow sink is not maintained. The condition of the swimming pool is dirty and murky. The former occupants didn't clean it, only tidied up the mattress. The bed sheets were not replaced. Lots of cigarette butts and rubbish around the plants were not cleaned up. The condition of the kitchen is worrying. The stove is rusty, there are no cooking utensils, the top of the refrigerator is dusty, rusty and very dirty. Lots of rat and lizard droppings.Very disappointed in choosing this accommodation. I asked for a change room but it wasn't processed, instead I left. When we met outside the reason was that the room was full and MSI was asked by the boss. Even though when I checked on Traveloka there were still 5 empty rooms. Before checking in, I tried to call the hotel on the 3rd day to confirm the room but couldn't be contacted. The number was not registered and they asked Traveloka CS for help and it was difficult to get the telephone number until the day of check-in. It turned out to be really disappointing, it seemed like the phone had been deliberately turned off so I couldn't be contacted to complain. The intention from the start was not good for the owner and manager.Please, read other users' reviews on Traveloka and Google reviews, all the content is bad. Hopefully no one will be fooled anymore.

Didn't mean to bring it downBut the villa owner must pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance... when I left the room for the living room, I was surprised that the mice were enjoying the bakpia that I put on the dining table... then the bathroom curtain was torn... came in at 5 o'clock, 8 o'clock and automatically checked out... For friends, think again if you want to stay at this villa
