We bought all the rooms in this place with our family. The rooms are very nice and clean. Hitem has suite, deluxe and villa rooms. They vary in size, the Villa also has a private swimming pool. Everything is great, very green, but the bathrooms are a bit run down, but this seems to be standard in Bali. There are two nice places to eat next to the hotel, but you can also order at the hotel, unfortunately the selection is very limited. The location is away from the center of Ubud, so it is worth renting a scooter from the rental company next door. Overall, we spent a week there and it was really nice, so I can recommend it for couples and larger family trips.

A Tranquil Escape for True Healing in Bali’s Hidden GemAfter enduring months of stress, burnout, and feeling disconnected, I sought a place where I could truly unwind and heal. This hotel in Bali became my sanctuary, and I couldn’t have chosen a better spot to reset my mind and soul.Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the hotel offers an experience unlike any other. Surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, with lush greenery as far as the eye can see, it’s the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Staying here, I felt my worries melt away, and the sense of calm and tranquility took over. Every moment was a reminder that nature is the ultimate healer. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, though upon arrival a few essentials like bathrobes and amenities were missing. Despite this, the serene environment more than made up for it. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, helpful service, ensuring every need was met with care. While breakfast isn’t included, it’s available to order separately—allowing you to tailor your mornings to your own pace.Staying here felt like finding a home away from home, but one that recharges you in a way few places can. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, unwind, and truly heal, this hidden gem in Bali is the perfect destination. 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing peace, beauty, and a deep sense of renewal.

I love it here. . I really want to die here. . . The room is super big and has a great view. The bathroom is big enough for a bed. The hotel staff are also super enthusiastic and will help me move my luggage and introduce the room facilities. I wanted to change small amounts of cash and they also helped me! ! ! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh I really want to die here. . . I took my medicine and left Bali. . .There will be some damage to the walls of the room and there will be mosquitoes! The price of less than 200 plus tax can make me forgive all this. . . At this price, you can only stay in a youth hostel on the islands in our country. The average per capita is more than 90, so you can live in this kind of room. It’s so cool, so don’t pay so much attention. The bed is so comfortable and soft that I want to sleep to death. The room also provides disposable toiletries, shower caps, slippers and pajamas and a hair dryer. The WiFi speed is very fast. I really like it here. . . I left Bali on my tonic. . . Tonic takes me away. . .If I can come to Bali again with friends next time, I will stay here again. . . I love you. . .The hotel staff are all very nice. . . The room is fragrant and the bathroom is fragrant. Fragrance is sprayed out regularly every 10 minutes. . I really want the link. Does the shampoo smell like green apple? It smells so good that I want to die here. . . I took the medicine and went home. . . I want to stay in Bali. . . By the way, there are chickens here. They start crowing at 6 o'clock in the morning.

We booked the suite with balcony for 3 nights and €130 and were very impressed by the pictures. When we arrived the staff was very nice and showed us to the room. Unfortunately, we had to smell an extremely strong smell of mold when we entered the room. There was widespread mold, especially on the ceiling, but also on the walls and even lamps. It was extremely humid in Ubud, but that doesn't justify such poor care. We were very sad about the condition of the accommodation, as the other furnishings such as bed, sink, shower and bathtub made a very high quality impression. The air conditioning also worked very well. We decided to cancel because we didn't feel like having health problems. Before that, the staff showed us two more rooms in the lower price segment. The mold on these was even worse. The cancellation was made smoothly via the booking portal Agoda and the accommodation also cooperated. Everyone was still very, very friendly and helped with everything they could. Looking for new accommodation meant the whole day was a mess. Through contact with the property manager, we also negotiated coverage of transportation costs to the new hotel. Service top, accommodation flop.PS: an employee told us that they supposedly had an order to renovate all of the ceilings on August 28th, 2024. So try your luck ;) or better leave it alone…

Worst villa I’ve stayed in! The room was not cleaned to a decent standard. All the bathroom amenities were leaking, including the toilet. Damp and mold everywhere, including the ceilings and furniture. This should not even be listed as a place to stay!

We stayed with our family in a private villa with a swimming pool. We had a big two bedrooms in a wooden villa which were nice, but lots of spiders, spider webs in the rooms. In the bathroom had a too much humidity smell which didn’t go away in our 3 days stay. The staffs were nice, but had poor punctuality with breakfast timing and order cancelled at the last minutes.I would not recommend this hotel for family in the current status.Recommendations to the owners and staffs:-Clean rooms and remove all spiderwebs-Do something to remove odour and humidity in th bathrooms-be punctual with the breakfast order and don’t cancel order at the last minute
