Spectacular hotel.The first time you arrive it's a little scary, and even more so if you arrive at night like it happened to us.244 steps from the entrance to the room :`)The staff very attentive and friendly. Always with a smile and very helpful.Everything very clean.Very nice rooms. There is no television anywhere, which seems perfect to me to disconnect.The food didn't have much variety but everything was delicious.The breakfasts with views of the infinity pool were incredible.Original bathrooms. In ours we had two frog neighbors <3They offer transportation service to get around since it is far from the city.They also have massage and spa services.Ideal for couples, relax and enjoy nature

My friends and I was supposed to stay at adiwana dara ayu villas inbetween the dates 23/9-26/9. When we arrived there the 23rd the first thing we did was to inspect the villa. We noticed that the hygiene was poor, with many stains on the bedding, etc. We have videos showing that the mosquito net had several holes and did not cover the entire bed. When we checked the beds, we found numerous signs of bedbugs all around. We have both pictures and videos of this.When we spoke to the hotel staff about the problems, they said they could clean the mattress a bit more. We explained that this would not resolve the issue, as bedbugs live inside the mattress, and you need to use pesticides or replace the mattress. They didn't seem to understand and told us the only thing they could do was to clean the room. We then stated that we could not sleep in a bed with bedbugs and would like a refund if they could not resolve the issue another way. The staff said they could not help us with that either and asked us to contact Booking.com.I was unable to reach booking.com by phone. I then tried to contact booking.com by the app for further guidance, but it took time to get a response. We eventually had to leave as we could not sleep in beds with bedbugs. We talked to the staff and returned the key. They continued to say they could not help us and that we had to contact you at Booking.com. We took a taxi and booked new accommodation through booking.com so they could see that we are leaving for another place to stay.After a day we finally received a response from booking.com, that stated that they could not assist us and that we should contact adiwana dara ayu villas, which had already made it clear they could not help us either. We noticed that where redirected us back and forwards, leaving us stuck in a loop where no one could assist us.We wrote to adiwana dara ayu villas as booking.com stated that we should contact them again to resolve the matter. But now a week have gone by and they have not responded.I would really not recommend anyone to stay at adiwana dara ayu villas. The location may be beautiful, but that does not make up for the lack of help we have gotten from the staff at adiwana dara ayu villas and booking.com. But also the fact that they don't seem to know how to deal with bedbugs, which is worrisome.Booking.com has also not made it impossible for us to leave a review about the hotel via their app and website, so we now have to turn to other sites to write it instead.

A very nice facility with many steps. We had a very spacious room with an absolutely brilliant bathroom. The bathtub was in a small pond with frogs. So nice to relax with the bathtub. Tip for those who are lucky enough to rent such a bathroom...always close the toilet lid. Otherwise it could happen that a frog is sitting in it😅. The hotel is very suitable for relaxing. Absolutely quiet location. Very good breakfast. We also had a very good dinner there. The cooking course offered there was absolutely interesting. I would do it again.

Very suitable for those on a honeymoon. For a truly winning view. The swimming pool is only for adults and children. There are none for toddlers. The standard room is not big, but the bathroom is big. Got a room with a terrace but no fence. So it's very dangerous to bring a toddler. Really for honeymoon couples. Not suitable for toddlers. The food menu is less varied. The taste is also lacking. For very friendly service

I do not recommend your hotel. They cheated and did not refund our money for 2 months. Communication is terrible with them, they lie and misinform us. This hotel is a big disappointment. We never want to book with such people again. It is a shame that such a hotel exists.
