Price is now 200 baht for single fan room and 300 for air con. Still pretty cheap considering the back gate opens up to the lake and night market. Place was clean enough though the wifi is slow on most of the property as it is generated from the main house. Owner very friendly.

A great place, with a private room for only 150 Baht. The owners are really friendly. The communal bathrooms are clean, and the hot water works well. The rooms are a little bit rustic, and outside noise seeps in. But for 150 Baht, it's great value.

Cheap but pillows are rock hard and walls paper thin! Very close to the lake which is beautiful at night. Shared bathrooms. Ok if on a tight budget!

Cheap; 150B one person or 200B 2 people. The walls have no insulation so you can hear EVERYTHING from either side, so it was annoying trying to go to bed or waking up in the morning. There's no toilet paper or towels. Showers are hot though so that's a win. The beds and pillows are rock solid and lumpy. There's no plug-in's in the room other than where the fan is and your phone charger will be to heavy to stay in the loose plug. There's nails on the floor that stick out so watch your step. The owners are very nice people and it's in a good location, close to the night market. The gate to the to the pong lock's around 930pm and is reopened around 7am. There area advertised food and information but I never saw anything other than they offer a trekking package. It would be convenient if they had a fridge thrte that everyone could share, but the don't. Our fan was broken so it made lots of noise. It's pretty much alright because it was on the cleaner side, affordable and a good location. Everything just needs upgrading and the rooms are painted dark brown so the lighting is very poor.

Owner really helpful and nice person.The room was clean and price reasonable for it.The location is perfect, they don't offer breakfast but you have a 7eleven two streets down.Lake just a few steps and the town back the guesthouse.Happy to find it.

Very old bedding and poorly cleaned room. The owner was friendly, but he kept recommending day tours at a high price, which made my stay there uncomfortable.

Super nice owner. Very helpful with questions about things to do around the area and around thailand. nice little place located right on the lake. we walked around town and to the night market. good close location to temples and other areas around town. only 300 baht a night for a room! AC, clean bathroom, clean beds.
