The hotel is well located, nice beach. The big negative points: the 2 receptionists who were very unpleasant. One made us pay for an extra breakfast, even though it was included when we booked on the Booking site....we had printed the reservations in Thai and English, but these charming ladies didn't want to know anything ...And this famous breakfast was disappointing. It was a la carte (only one choice), not suitable for children and not good... Total disappointment.... Also, our friend was sick, we stayed at the Bungalow, and we went to get her a roll of toilet paper, and one of the 2 receptionists replied to us in a haughty tone: 1 single roll, it's the only one of the day....! Really pitiful.... Hotel to avoid...

They did not respond to emails and they forgot to pick us up at the pier as agreed.They also forgot to inform us that the bungalow on the beach we had booked was 5 meters from a bar with very loud music and microphone noise until late three out of six evenings.They couldn't upgrade to a better room if we didn't contact the booking page we booked on. (other hotels do this without problems)The receptionist was neither pleasant nor accommodating the times we were in contact with her.Well, choose another hotel if you want to be treated nicely and get good service. And if you still choose this hotel, make sure not to choose a bungalow near the beach if you want reasonable peace and quiet in the evenings.Thanks anyway to the guy at breakfast on the last morning who warned us that there would be a party in the bar in the evening which would last until 01.00. That made us decide to move to a room far from the bar.

Loved the aura. The huts are next to a blue beach, the restaurant is good and has bean bags where you can chill and have a beer/ coconut water/ Thai iced tea and watch the sunset!!!

Good room,beach is close and nice restaurant,but they should work more on their CUSTOMER SERVICE .I got a key for my room what I used only for 3 times during 5 hours. Straight after,the key just felL by itself and I noticed that only in the office. I’m lucky,I found the key,but IT ISN’T normal that the equipment that they provide you isn’t safe. The key seemed well attached at the beginning. I checked that. But the material that they use is cheap and I unsafe. I suggest you strongly to check and RECHECK the equipment that they provide you.When I told about my situation at the reception,a lovely lady at said me with a big big smile “if you loose they key you pay 200 baht”. It looks like they know very well their policy ,but it isn’t the policy that they have to Know and to applied like the robots to customer. Before that,they have to provide SAFE equipment.My morning is ruined by this situation and especially by the reaction of the lady at the reception.i dont want to right her name ,but please ,work I little bit on your customer service.

Nice place. We had the cabin 10m from the beach. Nice and cozy. Small simple bathroom, with little warm water, but it did the job. Nice good cleaning every day... even 1. January. Was there 5 days but could have stayed for a month 😎.

Amazing resort for the casual traveler that wants great accommodations without being tied down!Goodtime 4P is an amazing little resort with on of the best dive/adventure shops attached on the entire island. They offer everything from shared rooms for backpackers (clean and spacious) up to large, lovely bungalows for couples, groups or families.Everything is kept clean and in ship shape by the attentive staff and the prices are VERY affordable compared to the surrounding area. This truly is a gem of a place!Attached to the hotel part is the restaurent, adventure shop and a great little massage parlor with a view to die for when getting your muscles fixed after a long day of activities. Their beach front is like the rest of the resort: impeccably maintained and lovely.If you arrive on Koh Tao and want to stay a place with nothing to complain about, great prices, friendly staff and freedom to do as you want, this is up there with the best of them!

The place seemed great at first, great bar by the beach and cheap accommodations. But all went wrong in the middle of the night... Our sleep was disturbed by loads of bed bugs... We had to pack our bag and leave, and since there was no staff around, we had to find another hotel at 2 am... Still got full refund the next day. Avoid room 17 if there!
