Shared bathroom also if you booked private bathroom. Very old and rotten place. The host has absolutely no interest in helping you and is only interested in making money with you. I will never come back.

AWFUL|They increased the price from £60 to £201. They are just trying to get more money.|They made me cancel due to a property renovation, however the property is still available on booking.com for the 24th February 2024 (the date I booked), as well as every other date before and after.

We booked this accommodation based on the good reviews. Unfortunately it is very old. What's more is that it's not really clean. Some of the rooms were dirty. Upon arrival, Max (contact person) was busy fixing the defects we found (pipe in the bathroom broken - bathroom under water after showering, air conditioning broken, room doors cannot be locked from the outside!). The defective pipe was repaired, the other defects could not be repaired. If the safe had worked, it wouldn't have been a problem that the doors wouldn't have been lockable for the entire stay. However, this didn't work either.In my opinion, the pool looked relatively dirty, but that could also be because the tiles are quite old.The large table in the outdoor area was positive, everyone can sit together here. The fridge was also full of drinks when we arrived. The prices for these were good.All in all, I would not book this accommodation again.

We had a great time staying at Sojourn and being looked after by Maxie. Maxie was there to help us with bookings, errands and the best Kho Pangen has to offer. The place was kept very clean even after we had a party or two - thanks for taking great care of us Maxie! We will return!

If you're looking for a villa near Haad Rin this is the perfect spot. The host is amazing and cleans up after you every morning which is great if you are partying. The pool is amazing with a great spot for jumping. The outdoor kitchen is great along with the dining area. All the rooms are lovely. Just be warned that because of the neighbours, you need to turn the music down at 10pm but as long as you don't take the piss you can keep the party going and have a great night here with friends. Will definitely be back again one day!

Fantastic house with great location. We stayed 4 adults 1 toddler, plenty of space! We could stay hours and hours by the pool and use the outdoor kitchen, lovely! We couldn’t wish for anything else really. few minutes walk down to the beach and close by to Haad Rin. You have many good places just around to catch great sunsets! Annie took great care of us, helped with everything to make our stay easy. We would Love to come back and stay again!

The owners brought a group of French alcoholics into the villa, who drink and yell every night. No one around can sleep normally, and the owners cannot calm these thoughtless guests. One more night like this and we'll call the police.
