Where to begin …There wasn’t any room service, if we needed like a toilet paper they told us to come get it from the office.If you leave a dirty plate in the sink they charge you 300 baht.They clean the room and change the towels only after 3 DAYS.We had a lizard in our room as well.Netflix hardly worked.And, there was a heavy construction near the villas (horrible noises) . When we asked to move next to the beach they didn’t even try to look for us and said right away that everything is already booked.They have a nice beach near by, some yoga classes every Sunday.Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent location all around. great beach and pool Sunday market right behind the hotel. 2 seven eleven 100m away.would have given a 5 star unless the broken path way around the facility and look out for the sprinklers on the lawn especially at night time.we were family of 4.

We loved our stay at Silan Residence in Chaloklum. It's a fantastic resort, the 1 bedroom house was really spacious, everything you need to relax! Lovely setting in the garden, set apart from other rooms, and yet so close to the pool. Just a short walk to the beach and cafes/shops/restaurants. We'll be back!

Splendid place... Very nice outdoor pool (we had the Ocean view rooms). Spotless room, very spacious (we are a family of 3), beautiful and functional bathroom with outdoor tub. Silan staff very kind, professional, attentive to the customer. Honestly nothing wrong with this residence.

Beautiful resort in the heart of Chaloklum. I loved the beautiful garden with the flowering trees und the impeccably maintained swimming pool. It's a very family friendly place, and usually things are very quiet in the evening (but also the early morning). The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a small hut with one bedroom and a living room. Everything (apart from maybe the hammock) was well thought-out and in very good condition. The bed was very comfortable. Can recommend without any reservations.

Thank you to the amazing staff at this hotel! Wish we had more time to extend our stay here. Super clean well run new facility. We loved our garden view villa. Perfect for a family to spend many days comfortably. Price is appropriate. Loved the two pools equally. Sunsets at the beach pool were stunning. Great communication via WhatsApp. They even told us the time of day to expect our room cleaned. A phenomenal location to unwind and relax. The garden is zen like and we had great yoga sessions on the grass in the mornings. I loved how we could watch our children swim from inside the villa and that the villa was on ground level and not up on stilts like bungalows. Overall a very refined stay. If we ever come back to Koh Phangan, we will certainly come here! Some villas even have doors to connect two units- perfect for traveling with grand parents!

Beach villa right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views.Everything is within walking distance in a very quiet area.On Sundays there is a night market right in front of the house (everything is very tasty and local).Many good restaurants within walking distance (1-2 minutes).The apartment (No.20) is beautifully furnished and has a spacious design (see pictures)The infinity beach pool is very nice, the garden pool including a baby pool provides shade (we were traveling with a baby, so it was perfect).Pools are cleaned every day and are very clean.Housekeeping and service are great, as you can easily clarify everything with reception via Whatsapp.Great help everywhere, especially with a small child!All around great and absolutely recommended!

Thank you to the Silan team for such an incredible stay! The hotel has everything you need and in a very good location. It has 2 pools, which one is by the beach. The houses are very big and the bed is very comfortable! I totally recommend Silan for your stay in Koh Phangan!

A beautiful place to stay, a single house with all the accessories, a mosquito trap, no mosquitoes!!! The place is maintained 24/7, two beautiful pools, one adjacent to the apartments on a beautiful stretch of beach and the other in the garden complex, coconut trees, which will flower and especially throughout the forest, a wonderful, very quiet atmosphere (a time when the children are studying - and if they were not disturbing children - it's a joy) a small kitchen that has In it, everything from a kitchen meets the needs, the house is air-conditioned and the service is outstanding, amazing people.

Apart from the convenient location, the other things are not recommended. The staff is not so kind and nice, we were there for a week and they cleaned our room only once. If you ask for cleaning it costs 500 baht. The room itself is not sealed, you hear noises from all sides, the shower is uncomfortable without a curtain and everything gets wet. In addition, we were with a baby and the place is not suitable for babies and certainly not for strollers.

We had a great, very pleasant stay at Silan. The team is great, super welcoming and available. The bungalows are clean, spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and well insulated. There are two swimming pools as two parts of the residence separated by the road. A swimming pool in the middle of the garden bungalows with deckchairs and another smaller and quieter one with sea view on the sea view bungalow side. Watch the video to see the road and the two parts of the residence. We were treated to a welcome basket with food for breakfast. There is a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Beach towels are loaned to you and all towels are changed every two nights. Laundry service at 50 baths per kilo with 50 baths to collect everything from the hotel and bring it back to us. Large parking lot available for hotel guests, very convenient to park your vehicle. I recommend this residence where life is good, the neighborhood is also very nice (Chaloklum is a small, quiet fishing village) with some good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful accommodation in a very good location. Everything you need in the immediate vicinity and a beautiful beach right in front of the door. Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. We have already inquired for next year, but we still have to be patient. We hope to come back with a baby next year at an affordable price.
