24 Aug. 2024 Check in Room price 550 baht, 6th floor, there is an elevator available. But there are no employees to provide parking services and help with loading things. Billing is equal to the room rate. There is no key card deposit. The room is clean, but the balcony is not much. Inside there are quite good amenities such as a hair dryer and a cordless kettle. Many old power plugs There is a new model in front of the mirror, USB and Type C ports on the left side of the bed. It's comfortable to look at. But it's loose when plugged in. Can't charge Had to solve the problem by plugging it in behind the TV instead because there was no adapter. The mattress was tight, the blanket was soft, the pillow was a bit tight. But overall inside OK, there are 2 towels for 2 people to stay but I didn't use them because I prepared them myself, 1 bath towel, 2 packets of coffee (3 in 1) and 2 snacks, 1 piece each. Suitable for people who... Need a lot of privacy. Check out in the morning. We didn't have all our stuff down. Forgot to put it in the bathroom Finished errands around 12:30, drove about 10 km from the city, realized I forgot something, called 3-4 times before someone answered the phone. To ask if there are things you forgot were in the room Got the answer and quickly U-Turned back and got some of the items back. Because the cleaning staff said that some had already been thrown away. I feel very lost. Received only an apology from the housekeeper. Had to contact the manager himself within 1 hour and received compensation according to the standards and rules of the hotel. The amount is 500 baht transferred to PromptPay account. The manager spoke very well. I apologize profusely. Received the matter and coordinated very quickly. Receive feedback and suggestions on every word. End with a thank you. Manager and if there is a chance, will use the service again. The hotel is located in the city center, good, convenient, but the service staff is not impressive. The room is not clean, not worth the price, the sheets are stained. There are no towels provided in the room. I asked if I had to come down and get it at the reception. Please make some improvements here.The window glass can't be closed. Slept with the window open all night.

The room is old, the floor is very dirty, walking on it makes your feet very rough. There was hair on the bed as well. In the bathroom there is no toilet paper. There was less than half a roll of paper in front of the mirror, no spare.

The rooms are very old and worn out.The air conditioning is very loud and the condensation drips onto the floor in the room.There is no toilet paper.The balcony door cannot be closed properly.However, the price is very cheap and the hotel is definitely suitable for one night in transit.

There are 2 buildings, the front building and the back building. Inform the staff that you need a single bed. The remaining building in front costs 380 baht. The room is not bad. But not very clean The car sound is very loud. It is better to choose the later building.

Very bad. Beautiful outside, good atmosphere, worth staying in. Try going in and staying. The bathroom door knob is broken. The towels are very dirty, there are rusty bits, yellow cloth, I'm not saying that, the towels at home are cleaner than this. The air conditioner is loud, outside on the balcony there are only cigarette ash. The only good thing is that the bathroom is clean. Other than that it's very bad. The pillow smells dirty. The mattress has red stains like blood, there are faint stains, the drinking glass is dirty and doesn't match the cover at all. The price of 430 baht should be better. I'm sorry, it's a shame, I really missed it. It was only once. I'll tell you, it's good that it's on the main road. That's it.

The room was dirty. On the bed and floor, there was hair from people who had stayed there before. The sheets, blankets, pillows, all of these things were dirty, stained, like they hadn't been washed for a long time. After sitting for a while, a cockroach ran out. I don't know where it came from.
