A very decent hotel with wonderful, helpful staff and a great location! 🔝Thank you managers Emran and Victor for the warm welcome! 🙏 We had a large room with a huge bed, panoramic glazing on the floor, and a cozy balcony. Lots of space. Clean, excellent cleaning, water/coffee/shampoo in the room was replenished every day, good air conditioning, excellent water pressure. You can work with your laptop from your room, or downstairs in the lobby. Wi-Fi speed was variable, during peak hours it dropped significantly to 1 Mbit - sometimes this interfered with my work. This was the only inconvenience.The views from the balcony are gorgeous, the birds are singing, and the rooftop pool is magnificent.In terms of location, this is my favorite place in Patong, and maybe in all of Phuket: the sea is nearby - 10 minutes on foot, a couple of minutes by bike. Favorite market Malin Plaza, where you can eat, buy clothes and shoes, buy gifts, and get a tickle massage with fish) Several 7/11 and Tops daily within walking distance, massages, coffee shops and Thai restaurants - it’s as if magically collected here at one point everything you might need 😃 And getting from here to anywhere on the island is also simple and accessible: by bike, taxi, tuk-tuk. My heartfelt recommendation! If there are free rooms, I will gladly return to this hotel! 🏨

As far as I understand, judging by the maps (it was on sale in 2022) and Google reviews, this hotel was bought last year and those reviews are no longer relevant!!!Everything is clean everywhere, both in the hall and on the floors.The room is cleaned every day.There were 2 towels and the “floor” in the bath was changed every day.Coffee 3 in 1 and 2 bottles. water every day

The hotel has two names: Chana Phuket Hotel and this Diamond. Terrible hotel, dirt everywhere, everything is old, bed linen and towels are stained. The breakfasts are disgusting, absolutely no meat, the same thing every day, the area is Indian and that says it all. The pool is generally dangerous to life: there are chipped tiles everywhere, torn off lamps with protruding wires, debris and dirt in the water and in the surrounding area.

The place is not clean at all bed and toilet are every bad , the reception is not good at all he need to learn customer service, they not accepting pay by card only cash extra amount 30% , poor place

Simple hotel, no hot water, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, they don't refill the bathroom soaps, the faucet is half loose, the WiFi is terrible throughout the hotel
