Lovely accommodation, giving the feeling of sleeping at a relative's house in the provinces. Cool air conditioning, strong water, quiet. There may be some noise from the next room, but it doesn't disturb sleep. You can park your car in front of the room. Entering Soi Thammabucha 7 is more convenient than other alleys. Breakfast is fried eggs, ham, bread, fruit, Thai desserts, suitable for the price. The decoration is cute and attentive. The owner takes very good care of me. Recommended.

If you come to this accommodation Please pin it to Wat Sa Mai Daeng.Enter via Srithamarat Road.It's very easy to come by. The road isn't narrow and cars can pass each other.Even in the dark you can still drive comfortably.

I'm very impressed.1) I was busy and needed to arrive at my accommodation late at night. I contacted the accommodation that I would be staying late. The accommodation was ok and said that if you were close to it, call so they could turn on the air conditioning in the waiting room.2) You have to leave in the morning so you won't be able to make it in time for the breakfast that the accommodation has prepared. So the accommodation arranged for it to be an egg sandwich and fruit juice. This one is very delicious. My child likes it very much.3) In the room you will sleep comfortably, quiet, without any outside noise.

Very good accommodation, very clean, very fragrant, 2-story style.Below is a single bed. Upstairs there are 2 futons, so you can sleep as a family. It's very quiet and peaceful. The price is not expensive too. The water is strong enough to satisfy you. The owner is kind and provides good service. If you want to know anything, just ask him. Very detailed explanation, highly recommended. As for the entrance, there are many ways to enter, but the map really likes entering Soi 1. Entering Soi 5 and 7 is a wide alley.

It is a 2-story room. The ground floor has a five and a half foot bed. The second floor has two three and a half foot beds. Very suitable for staying as a family. The price includes breakfast. The entrance looks mysterious. It is recommended to enter via Soi 5 or Soi 7 instead, it will be easier.

Clean accommodation, lovely owner It's like staying at your own home. Just stuck. I'm missing breakfast. Otherwise, it's perfect. Go into the alley a little deep. But call and ask about Soi Kab, the owner is Kee Sud. Otherwise, you'll find a very narrow alley.

Take excellent care of guests Very warm I like that there is a rule that prohibits loud noises after 10:00 p.m. so that you can rest fully. Cleanliness is 10/10. Service is also 10/10. I just complain that my legs hurt because I just came down from Phu Soi Dao. The staff rushed to get muscle relaxants.

I would partially recommend this place since there are several rules to follow that can make you feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable.Overall, the duplex room is really nice, spacious and perfectly fitted for 4 people.However, there is one big thing we think that is not okay at all.Before leaving, the owner came and asked us not to wear any shoes if we ever come back again. We were trying to say sorry and explaining that we never wore any shoes during our stay until the very last minute. One of us stepped into the room to grab a bag in the bed that we left over.The male owner seemed to be furious and said “ I can easily charge you for the damaged floor tiles and you have no idea how much it will cost”.We felt threatened and were really shocked from his reaction since we tried to put everything back where we found them to make it easier for the owners to check things before returning our deposit. We admitted that we wore shoes in the room but it was literally last minute while we were leaving. There is undoubtedly no damage on the floor tiles. Only some sand on the floor, which can be easily sponged or mopped.I personally believe that there is a better way to communicate with customers when explaining the house rules and the owners can possibly be more professional and mature.Apart from this issue there are some other things that future guests should prepare before coming to this place.1. There is no hairdryer in the room so you should prepare in advance if you need one.2. All the beds and blankets are quite dusty so please beware if you are allergic to dust. I had to take a drug to treat allergy in order to sleep.3. There is a bit of paint fumes in house, which can cause short and long term health effects. This should be better over time.4. You should prepare slippers if you don’t like to walk barefoot because the first floor can be super cold and hard.
