We arrived and it was closed, we had a reservation and it was high season so we don't know what it cost us to get a hotel! A disaster!!!!!!!! Do not go!!!!!!!!!

The same story! We booked, paid, everything was confirmed to us - when we arrived everything was closed, they also yelled at us over the phone. If you don't want to stay on the street, pass by this place!

I booked, confirmed, arrived - and there was no one in the lobby and the lights weren’t on. I called the phone from the door and they said there were no numbers for Agoda or Booking. Then remove your hotel from booking and agoda if there is no room for them, wise guys

There are no words. We booked a room at this hotel, the hotel confirmed the reservation without refund. But when we arrived, it suddenly turned out that there were no free rooms. The employee at the reception does not speak or understand English, she just threw up her hands and repeated that “there are no places.” No one answers the hotel's contact phone numbers, so the call is dropped.

Baan Napatr was the best place I stayed in the whole island. Cheap, new furnitures, clean, quiet, modern. I got a groundfloor room and it was perfect. Every morning they gave me two bottles of water and coffee to make in the very room. I extended my stay two times, I felt like at home.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, early January and the AC unit was not working and no attempts were made to move me and it was boiling. I was apparently upgraded to their newer hotel but this was more like a brothel, daily visits from local girls and old men! Not a family friendly environment.

This mini hotel would be ideal for spending one or two nights. Spacious room with all amenities, away from the main road (this is very convenient, bikes and cars don’t disturb you while you sleep), but everything is nearby, it’s better to rent a bike (200 baht per day), go to eat and to the beach. Near Bang Tao Beach, Naiharn Beach, 15 minutes by bike to Kamala Beach. There is a night fruit market.

I stayed in this small hotel located in a very quiet area but close to all shops, restaurants, (surin beach 5 minutes by motorbike) with all the amenities indicated (recent and secure hotel, room with quality bedding, air conditioning, SmartTV, safe) the owner is available. I recommend for its price and modernity.

The owner and Staff are very nice and helpfull. One thing I did not like was that the room was only cleaned on request, but maybe I was just expecting this falsly.All in all, I reccomend staying here!
