I usually stay here regularly before returning to Bangkok. But this time I felt really bad. How does the hotel think about letting customers stay in a building that needs construction even though they already know that there must be a lot of noise? In the morning, instead of getting some sleep, I had to wake up and quickly check out because since morning there was the sound of a drill drilling into the wall echoing throughout the building. Who can sleep on? Opening the door, I saw a technician working on drilling a hole in the wall a few rooms away. I would like to know if the hotel manager didn't know that there would be noisy construction work like this. If you know why this part of the room is still open for service? Do you think customers can rest amidst the loud sound of drilling into walls like this? Doing this is called chasing away customers. It should be reconsidered as to how to improve service.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The water flows well. Breakfast is made to order. The staff recommended a menu of fried rice with kale and salted fish. It was delicious, but I would like to deduct 1 point. The sewerage flows slowly at both the sink and shower zone. Please help the factory fix this point further. Next time will come to stay again.
