You get what you pay for and this place was fine for a night. Rounded up to 4 stars because the price was so low.. also across the road from a decent streetfood eatery

The worst overnight stay in my life. The room was warmer than outside, it was impossible to breathe. There were no windows and the wall between the adjacent room was made of curtains... at 3 a.m. our neighbors woke us up, because of course we could hear everything, as if they were in the same room. Additionally, they take a deposit, I have no idea why 😅 I generally advise against it, unless you love spartan conditions.

Great lil rooftop to enjoy the sunset and a cold brew. Just beers n soda's. A few stairs up but worth the effort to have a quiet chill place just off the busy streets of old town. Say hello to Chacha.

Didn't really feel at home or hugged. My things disappeared from the shared bathroom. The owners are nice and a little love & motivation would make the homestay much more welcoming. The boat ticket was booked on the wrong day, so I had to drive back to get the money back.

A very nice and warm family running this place. The rooms are modest and minimalist. The walls are very thin and leaky, so the noise may be persistent for light sleepers. At the entrance there is a small bar where you can drink beer at an affordable price, watch a match, listen to music. The rooftop is also available to guests.

I am very happy, just what someone who comes with their backpack and their budget needs, the quality is on par with the price you pay, for this 5 stars. Free water and coffee. If you're lucky and Anya has a concert, listen to her and her band, she sings amazing.

Really friendly staff, they make u feel like them friends! Share toilet that was actually really dirty and wet most of the time with hair of someone shave there since the day we arrive until we left, what means not regular cleaning. We booked a doble bed room with AC, when we arrived we actually get a twin bed room with a fan, that was really disappointing as we paid for something different and the room was extremely hot. There is not much privacy as the wall that separated the room don’t go to the top, if you climb a bit you will be able to see the next room, not the best for couples to be honest, noise until really late interrupt our sleep. Really close to Phuket town and restaurants.

Im here now over a week, got the room with the balcony, at night it can be loud because of the ppl on the other side working, but it didn’t even bother. It’s a nice place with lovely people and very cute kitties. Simple and clean, I will definitely come back!

Rooms with separate bathroom, somewhat precarious facilities, bed on the floor without a mattress, balcony. Well located near the center of Phuket town and the man very friendly. For another price it could pass, but for this price, 315thb, there are much better things.

I don't recommend it. They sell it as a private room and you find this in the photo, upstairs it is open and you hear those next door, in our case they were noisy so they were quite annoying. We were only passing through, but the “bed” was a literal blanket and you leave your back, the bathroom is shared, dirty old and filled with water. The house is old and dirty on the walls. The people who serve are friendly but they deceived us and other clients with the ferry we took to go to Ko Lanta. He sold us that he was the only one who went out to earn the money we imagined and that he arrived 3 hours earlier than we actually arrived. We didn't like that...Price-quality, if you are looking for a couple there are others for a few euros more that seem to be more worth it.

We stayed in Anya's place for 10 days and she made it like a warm homestay. The room was clean and tidy, AC and fan available for use. Highly recommended!
