I put the location a full mark because I love strolling around a local neighborhood but don’t be fooled, Just 5 minutes walk, you’ll arrive at the bus station in a blink of an eye. For me, the location is well located. Not too busy especially with tourist, the service was great. Simple toast breakfast with hot coffee or tea is included. Clean, well built building, spacious with bike parking garage. THE MOST ATTRACTIVE thing about this place is the customer service. Hardworking people earning honest money, they’ll help you with everything you need. From the housekeeper to the owner, very very very nice Thai people. I was there with a French guy, who was causing so much trouble but the management was so calm about the situation, I even feel bad for them. They laid out the cleanest room, tidiest bedspread, warmest shower, but some customers were just drugged with “I paid for it” mentality. Please support this business, I really recommend it. Honest people with honest business. Deserved the 5 star review. Love from Malaysia!

Had many issues such as being locked out, no communication from staff, noisy neighbours, rubbish wifi and were given a room with no windows when we specifically booked with windows and a city view. When we arrived the staff barely acknowledged us or told us any information about the stay, hence why we got locked out the building with no idea of the pin to re-enter. We left 2 days early as didn’t want to be there, I’m still awaiting my refund for the nights not stayed, as agreed by them. Each time I contact they either ignore me or come up with a lie as to why they can’t process the refund. Don’t waste your time staying here. Scammers

Close to the old town, where everything is local, the lady who runs it has been very kind. Breakfast comes in and they have everything, bananas, the churros they make here, coffee, tea, orange juice, cookies, toast with butter and a bar coffee maker to make your coffee delicious, it is the best of all we have You are about breakfast and the shower, it comes out with a lot of pressure (one of the things that has been present the entire trip on the part of my partner haha)

We arrived and the light was off and no one was there. We had set what time we would arrive. We started shouting clap and no one showed up. We managed to call someone who took care of us and understood a little English. Luckily I had a sim card because there was no wifi or the password. They gave us a clean comfortable room but without a window. It had air conditioning.We left and the grab didn't come to pick us up and we asked how much the taxi cost.A woman appeared half disheveled to serve us in a very bad manner and did not let me speak to her. She only wanted to communicate with my husband. The Grab arrived and ran out, opened the door for him and started telling him to leave. We feel very uncomfortable. If it is for one night and not communicating with anyone, it is the right place. Everything else is an ugly experience.

The room was well equipped (very decent shower and rather modern bathroom)Quiet and rather well placed in the old town of Phuket. The staff agreed to change our room to one with a window.Be careful though because some rooms do not have windows, and are generally quite small.Not really any reception staff or explanations given upon arrival.Good value for money.

Clean hotel. The location highlights the coldness and inexperience on the part of the hotel staff. They were only dedicated to offering tours to the Phi Phi islands. 4 stars only because of the room, nothing to criticize.
