Hate to say bad things about this as the owner is super nice and friendlyIts dirty, we saw cockroaches in the room and bathroom, the garbage cans in the bathroom were never emptied, there is no warm water for the showers, the room we had, had a shower and a large tub with water and with bugs in it.Overall not impressed, place has potential but needs a lot of tlc.I get that its a cheap place to stay but we did expect it to be cleaner.

We didn't stay at the Guesthouse so I can't comment on the rooms, but if you're looking for a chilled spot to sip beer on a Sunday afternoon and watch the market life on Thalang Road then this is your place. Friendly staff, cheap beer and great music.

I'm here now. Can confirm. Is good cat. Is chill. Sleeps in walkways and doesn't care for any the music. I like the cat. I call her Shieva. What makes the place is the music. The dj's are really good. Like really good
