It was a 2-night hotel in Old Town on the 5th to 6th day of my Phuket trip. It was close to the Sunday Market, and I could walk to Khao Rang Observatory for exercise to see the sunrise the next morning. It was also a quiet accommodation where I could take a walk in the nearby mangrove forest park. Breakfast (toast, eggs) is also provided.

Our arrival was a disaster. First there was no one at the reception for 5 minutes and no one was found. But then the cleaner came who didn't speak English and we tried to explain to her that we had a booking...When we finally got into the room, the first impression was okay.However, the bed was harder than the tiled floor and the window rattled/vibrated all night. Overall a very sleepless night. Thank God we were only there for one night.Pro tip: smoke beforehand (it's legal) then you can probably sleep

The room is big enough. The toilet and shower were together in a separate area. However, the walls of the "bathroom" are not up to the ceiling. The bed is very hard. Not for everyone. The location is actually quite good. However, our sleep was slightly disturbed due to motorbikes passing by. Unfortunately, breakfast only consisted of two pieces of toast with butter and jam.

Location is perfect in Phuket Old Town.The place is colorful and nice.The room is ok, a/c and private toilet.Hot water was not properly functioning but it was naturally lukewarm anyway.The only downside was the toilet and shower that, as you can see from the image, are just two walls (not reaching the ceiling) with really little space.Breakfast included was really meager, with two slices of toast, 2 grams of butter and 8 grams of jam.Good WiFi, quiet place.

I accidentally booked for the wrong month and only found out when I arrived there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and could accommodate me. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had a great stay.

Very convenient for the location: it is close to the Old Town where there are bars, restaurants and shops and close to Bus Terminal 1.The private room was nice, considering the price we paid. Only the mattress was a little hard because it is placed on tiles.Excellent breakfast: coffee/tea with an additional dish (twice fried rice with a fried egg and once toast with butter, jam and an egg). Very good Homestay in Phuket Old town.Within walking distance of the streets to visit in the city. The staff takes great care. The room is very good and the location is not noisy.I highly recommend this place!

Extremely well located, close to all amenities and the two main tourist streets. The room with AC is very well equipped, you have access to a balcony and the outside directly from the floor. Hearty breakfast and excellent staff!
