Excellent customer service! They really did go above and beyond here. We booked a ferry with them and through no fault of their own we had a slight issue with the taxi. They quickly remedied the issue by upgrading us to a speedboat as we would have missed our original ferry. Quick response and stayed on top of the issue so we didn’t have to lift a finger! Rooms were quaint and comfy. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Considering the three of us, our room was really roomy. The cleaning lady replenished our drinks and kept clean every day. The location is more concentrated on the old town, where one can get halal food, massage parlors, and shops selling souvenirs.

Small hotel right in the city center - uncomplicated, friendly and fast communication. The rooms are very, very cheap but very well equipped and very clean. Perfect for me to stay one night for a late Phuket flight or to explore the city for a few days. The location is simply ideal. Yes, the entrance is through a bakery, but the hotel is clearly marked on the outside and you will be directed to the bakery in a friendly manner. I'm used to something similar in other city hotels and it has its own flair when it smells of fresh pastries. Typically for a city hotel, many rooms have no outside windows (the windows lead into the hallway), but are equipped with air conditioning. It was just a great fit for us. Probably not my choice for a stay of several weeks, but simply suitable for flexible living for a few days. Thanks!

Good points: The building is old but overall clean, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and do not smell, the cleaners are friendly and clean, and the owner makes an effort to solve problems when they arise.Cons: This hotel only has a sign and no entrance to the hotel. Even if you ask the cafes and restaurants near the building for the exact location of the hotel, no one knows the existence of this hotel. I went to 3 stores in the building where the hotel is located. I went in and asked about the hotel's entrance, and all three employees answered that they didn't know about the hotel. (For reference, when you enter the ice cream cafe, there is a glass door on the other side of the store, and there is a sign written on a small table. This is the hotel lobby. (It's like that, but there are only empty tables) There is no ordinary front desk, and of course there is no manager. If you call and call, a manager will come, but it is not easy to connect by phone, and there is no explanation on the reservation site that there is a hotel lobby and no manager. The hotel's reception location is The places you see in the pictures are all there is, there is no refrigerator in the room, there is only one trash can in the bathroom, there is no closet at all and there are only two buttons on the wall where you can hang extra clothes, and of course there are no televisions, hair dryers, etc. , In the bathroom, there is only one shampoo the size of a finger and one small bar of soap as thin as a fingernail. The next day, the maid will clean the room and make the bed, but towels and shampoo will be provided upon request. When I saw a Google review that said there was no reception, I I didn't think much of it and now I think I'm an idiot.

There is no independent entrance and exit. You have to enter and exit from the store on the first floor. There is no counter. When you arrive, you have to call and wait for someone to get the key. There is no mention of it on the booking website. Booked a 4-person room for a 3-person room + floor bunk. After arguing, I was given an extra double room, but the first impression was terrible. There is no parking lot and you have to find the roadside by yourself. The wifi was broken on the first night. They said they would fix it immediately, but it didn't work until we checked out on the third day. There was still no water the second night.

Clean room, 3 people staying, spacious room in front of the building. You'll have to wait and see if there's parking available. Find a place to park on the side of the road in an alley, but it'll be free at night. It's easier to find a place to park than during the day. Walk around and eat a lot of delicious food. The accommodation is in the heart of Loei Walking Street, very convenient. The owner is cute, kind and friendly.
