Awful! Avoid this place. We were lied to about they waiting time. We were told 20 minutes wait and to take a seat. Worst experience - there was one of their children playing loud videos on her mum’s phone and sitting on other customers waiting, shouting and crying. Her mum, one of the masseuses, kept stopping the massage she was doing to go and tell her off constantly. After waiting for 40 minutes, we asked how much longer it would be and they told us another 15 minutes, so we left. Real waste of time and far from relaxing experience.
