Just go in and ask the price and they talk very badly. I asked to see the room and told us if there was one on the internet. I asked if there was an elevator. I saw there were 4 floors. The person who took me to see the room, the man replied that the price for this room was only this price. If there was an elevator, it wouldn't be this price. Even though other places are better than you, have better prices, are cuter and have elevators. Can you answer in another way? You shouldn't accept guests like this. Are you going to study again?

I spent a comfortable night at Sukhothai, which I stopped at on my way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Cleanliness is excellent, and the resort owner is very friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby and a night market about 2 kilometers away, so you can buy fruits and food at low prices. For a Sukhothai experience, stay at saksuksmile resort. Parking is located at the back of the resort. Oh, it's a three-story building without an elevator. I think the 2nd floor would be good.

The room price is 700 baht without breakfast but there is coffee in the room. The room is clean and usable. The room looks good. The water faucet is very clean with no soap residue at all. The water is strong and comfortable. The bed is not very comfortable. The wifi is strong. It is a small hotel with 3 floors. The disadvantage is that if you reserve, you have to pay the full amount. Inconvenient for customers Even though it's not a holiday or festival and there are still lots of rooms available.

Our stay was brilliant! The owner couldn’t do enough for us and was so lovely and helpful. The hotel was gorgeous, perfect for what we needed. Nice and clean and not far from the main attraction in Sukhothai. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Great location to the Historical park, very helpful & friendly owner. We rented x2 bikes from the hotel at fantastic value. The rooms are very modern & clean. A perfect stay. Thank you.

For less than RM100, i think we got a steal here. The owner is super friendly and speaks good English. the room is spacious and clean. Parking is easy, and we requested rooms on the 1st floor, and he was able to accommodate us.We didn't spend much time here as it was just a sleepover, but if I am back in Sukhothai, I will be pleased to stay here again.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, with modern and well-maintained facilities. The bed mattress is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you're visiting Sukhothai and looking for a new, clean, and reasonably priced hotel, I highly recommend this one. It would be even better if they could provide breakfast.

Nice clean rooms. Conveniently situated near to historical park. We were here for the Loy Krathong celebration. Receptionist were friendly, and helpful with information . Parking is limited, but we were on motorcycles. And take note no lift. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It's a great stay! A 3 storey high hotel just few minutes straight road drive to the historical park & market. Do take note that there is no lift to the rooms. The room are so clean, spacious and comfortable. It's full equipped and well designed. We love the floor tiles design and it's so clean that we can sit or lie down on the floor if you wish haha. We stayed on the highest 3rd floor that have the sunrise view from the balcony and sunset view at the corridor outside the door. It's quiet at night and the hotel owner stay near the carpark area that we can approach 24hrs if need. Owner which is also the receptionist is very friendly and sociable. Do take note that carpark area is not that big. If there's one thing to improve, it will be the towels. It's hard texture so we hope is softer. Will definitely recommend to anyone because of the cleanliness, convenience and affordability.
