The room is spacious. I called to reserve it but when I arrived at the accommodation there was no booking information at all. The bed was very hard.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Considered suitable for the price and looks more pleasant than other places in this area Come at night and it's like other people's reviews. Employees speak curtly. But I wasn't impressed by anything.Entering, I was secretly shocked at the wide room. Even if I was alone, it would be a bit empty 😅😅😅

The service is very bad. Service employees speak impolitely, speak curtly, and have no service spirit at all. Reserve a room as a VIP room or a premium room. They gave the key as shown in the picture. Can't tell which flowers are VIP and which are premium. Then come and say to the customer that the VIP and premium rooms are not close to each other. On the other side But they didn't come and tell the customer which flowers and which room. and then say to the customer, "I've told you many times. I've said many times that it's on different sides." You speak like the customer knows the layout of the hotel building. Very bad. You should call for service mentality training for the employees urgently.

In conclusion, meet yourselfStayed on 25 May 2024, approximate time 11:00 p.m., there were 3 employees at the front desk, no one came to drop off a single customer. I understand that the check-in was late, but the service duties shouldn't have shouted at the customer.".. I've told you many times, I don't understand. You act dissatisfied and point with your finger..."Can I ask a question??? As a customer, how can you know? What zone is each room in? How are they different?The location is ok. Inside the gas station there is a 7-Eleven, a car charger, convenient shopping, but………….Please consider this as well... the image of the hotel.
