The Coco cozy is nice and well maintained. The rooms were absolutely clean and everything was in good condition. Deducting the stars is the really hard and uncomfortable beds. These are not really comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive. But only in Thai. No knowledge of English at all, which makes communication quite difficult.

Spacious, clean, very new and well-maintained rooms. The staff, although they do not speak English, are very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended. The location is on the road, but the site is worth it.

The room is quiet and the atmosphere is good, but if you come alone. At night it will be scary. Because there are few friends in the room The price should be adjusted to 500 to be competitive. Every room should be full every day. So you won't lose the opportunity.

Good place to spent the night.Silent but remote from most shops.Friendly staff. Hammock outside is nice to have.Bed was queen but good enough.Kettle was there. That's good.

Not quite cozy, so many ants and mosquitoes, the towel is not clean at all.Free Wi-Fi is provided, but CANNOT connect. (then what’s the point🫠)We booked three rooms for 8 people, but only can provide one hair dryer.The price is affordable though…Pretty curious why the rate is so high in Agoda and others websites

Parking is 30 meters away from the room. The room and overall location are ok.800฿ no breakfast There are only coffee packets, drinking water, shampoo, and soap in the room.

I have been staying here for many years, 7 times. Every time I have a chance The last round, I transferred money first and reserved accommodation. The hotel informed that Counter closes at 10 p.m. I didn't get in in time to inform at 22.17 that it would be no more than half an hour until I arrived, which would not be later than 11:00 p.m.The person who answered the phone didn't know if the owner or the employee said it was okay. I had to ask if it was okay, that is, would I refund the money or would I let them stay but spoke without respect to the customer? So I asked for a refund. I was told that I would not accept any more bookings. I would give the money back. It's okay. There are a lot of hotels in Kanchanaburi. I would. Don't stay here anymore. Speak badly.Normally, uncles and older men provide good service, but this time it's a woman. Pick up the phone and talk badly.

Good accommodation, staff, good service. Went for 3 days and 2 nights. The 2nd night, I don't know if the staff. Will come in to clean because it was not informed. Therefore, I would like to adjust it a little by asking the customer first if they want to come in and clean it, not just opening the room and coming in without informing them. Returning from a trip, I was shocked to see that my room had been opened and I thought that my things had disappeared. I'm sorry to bother you a bit. Other than that, everything is good.
