The location is perfect!!It's a shame that the building is so abandoned; Not even the pool works; the elevator, sometimes… the mold that comes out of the closets! Awful . Not recommended for health reasons 🙏

suitable for long-term stays, floor-to-ceiling windows, laminate floors, normal kitchen, cozy, one of the downsides, the gym and pool are not working, there are interruptions in water supply in the shower, for some reason only in the shower. basically nice

The air conditioner is not new. The staff is friendly. But the extension, which has a swimming pool, does not belong to it. That’s why there’s cat poop on the stairs, there’s no water in the shower, the pool is slightly blooming, the restaurant hasn’t been open for a long time, the exercise equipment has also been removed, and this building was completely closed during quarantine. The owner of one of the rooms said that everything worked before and was cool. And then everything died down.The location is good. Nearby is a large Tesco and a gallery of various gadgets. The distances to Bang Tao and Surin are approximately the same, Bang Tao is a little closer. Nearby is Villa Market with a European assortment.But this air conditioner had the most reasonable price. And a very nice staff who doesn’t speak English!

I like this condo for its location and reasonable price compared to other condos in Bangtao. But, you need to be prepared for the fact that the rooms are far from new, but in good condition. There are no serious defects, including mold. Well, there are always problems with the pool. Either it works, then they close it. Although the pool is not bad, very spacious and with a small pool for children. The view from it is good and very calm.

Terrible place, very dirty and abandoned, hard and split mattress, causing back pain due to the mattress being rubbish, broken cabinet doors and leaky sink. I'm terrified I'll never go back to this place again and I don't recommend it, the only thing that saves it is the receptionist's service.

nice and cozy place with reasonable price. also very close to Tesco supermarket which in room there is functionable kitchen! so it will be very good with long stay who seek a reasonable price and quite area to explore Phuket
