um !! The bed is hard, the staff are cute, but the fan is terrible. Recommend sleeping next to the water. Kasem Island It's really better than sleeping here. We suddenly changed plans because the accommodation was good, the view was good, private, and the breakfast was delicious.

Despite the good atmosphere with the staff, it remains a shame that upon our arrival, we were offered a room with the following problems:- the toilet paper roll was finished and there were no spares- a dirty floor with white scratches on the ceiling or wall- flies and mosquitoes wandering around the room- dirty nightstandsDespite this, the hotel remains well located but it is still advisable to have aScooter or a car.

Lived in Asawin Condo, year 2005 = 19-20 years.Room tenants live comfortably. Owners are nice in every room.But....there are also flies, ticks, and fleas living here.....don't be timid....don't be fooled by words.Don't fall, it's a tool. There are both women and men.Mostly 95% all good.

Close to the hospital, the rooms are quiet, the service is good, clean, but the air conditioner is a bit slow to cool. Acceptable, wide parking space, around are clean trees 🥰

I am downgrading this hotel to just a 1* after I was just told that the owner wanted to park where I parked my car. The car park has no such sign and there are dozens of other places for owners to park. The spot had no sign and there are tens of other places for the owner to park but clearly customer service is not something the owner has learned about.Concrete beds, most Westerners could not possibly sleep on these.The reception and cleaning staff are friendly.The hallways are full of used laundry which is off putting.Here are some minuses:“ - “ hard beds“ - “ worn linen with holes“ - “ aggressive stray dogs outside“ - “ the owner who gets guests to move out of an unmarked parking place that she prefersWhile the hotel is somewhat cheap but in Kanchanaburi even airbnb offers some exceptional accommodation options, so you should check them out.

Quite a scary experience really.||The owner seems to feed some stray dogs that now cluster and sleep near the hotel at night. My friend and I attempted to walk to a nearby 7-11, however two of these stray dogs attacked us just outside the hotel. We had to return to the hotel to get the car and were not able to get our walk as hoped.

Real gem, hidden in an alley.Main road is close, but the hotel is surprisingly quiet and there is no noise whatsoever.Tastefully decorated, modern Thai building, with a hint of western influence.Cleanliness is top of the range.Easily the best choice in town.Reception staff is the kindliest ever seen and English is spoken.Price 800B.No western tourist, free coffee and great lobby all day long.Highly recommended!
