Homestay that is kind-hearted, good service, room price 400 baht/person/night or 200 baht per head/person/night. The atmosphere is quiet, not chaotic. The entrance is a bit narrow. Inside is a 2-story house, the upper floor has a clear view. There are both single beds and double beds, no TV, refrigerator, strong wifi, morning coffee provided, and bicycles for riding to see the city. The shared bathroom downstairs has hot water and seating to relax. The balcony in front of the room and in the garden area are not hot and have privacy. Parking in front of the homestay.Good service, giving various advice, very good, very impressed.

Cheapest place we could find for a family room. Lovely host and an adequate room and facilities, no complaints. Outside area is lovely but quite a few mosquitoes when we were there.

Had a great time here, the owners were very sweet and friendly. The rooms weren’t that good but still tolerable for the price. It’s very homey and they have bike rentals, it’s close to the some of the big main attractions. The owners will help you plan or recommend you places to do if you don’t know.I definitely would come back!

My husband and I have stayed in many dozens of hotels all over Thailand during the past two months. Nearly all were in the 400-450 baht range. Yes, the elderly couple running the place are very sweet, kind and helpful. The wife speaks English. Unfortunately, we still both consider this room the single most depressing and decrepit room we've stayed in. My heart sank when the man unlocked the padlock to our room. A stained, sunken couch was the only place to sit and I cringed even to put my backpack on it. The curtains were probably hung in the 1970s. The linoleum was warped and curling at the edges. Doors were rotted at the bottom. I was assured there was a refrigerator in the room (3x's!), but we had to give our just-purchased groceries to the owner to store in their personal fridge. The bathrooms were shared, which we don't mind when we pay dorm prices. Again, we've stayed in so many places for 400 baht that were clean, fresh, private with bathrooms and at least a few amenities. This reminded me of the dank cellar bedroom grandma would open up when she ran out of space for guests upstairs. Two tiny children's blankets were given to cover up with. The single outlet for charging didn't work unless the light was on. No t.v. (not important for us). Toilet handle broken and no water to flush with. Really, it boggles my mind how many good reviews are here. We are not picky people. We've lived in tents in the jungle for a couple of months on multiple occasions, camped out of our truck in winter conditions, and currently live in a Tiny Home in the U.S. This simply is a poor value for the money. We stayed in one other place for 165 baht which was similar. For 400 baht, there are better options.

Didn't go in to use the service. I can't think of anything, probably passing by. But it's probably nice to sleep in. Try going in first, I'll come back and review it again.
