Rooms were very clean and AC was great. The owners are super nice and give you a little training course if you want to rent a scooter (also super cheap). Close to convenient store, cafes, and some good massage places! Only thing is the roof is tin so bring some earplugs if you come during rainy season.

Wonderful, helpful owners and nic bangalows, with anything you might need inside. They have scooters for rent (250 bahts for 24h), you can also but speedboats/ferrys tickets. Close to good local restaurants, 7eleven and piers. Highly recomended, especially when you are on a budget travel.

A beautiful facility. Lovingly managed and someone was always busy in the garden or cleaning it so that everything looked perfect. The owners are super nice. They took us to the pier and fulfilled our every wish. Washing laundry or renting a scooter can all be done on site. There are various options for breakfast nearby and a 7-Eleven is also very close. If this island comes back, then definitely the Modern Inn again. It deserves this name. Fridge and air conditioning, all there. You can see in the pictures. We lived in one of the most recently built bungalows. Super modern furnishings and the bed was also comfortable. The other bungalows made the same high-quality impression when walking past.

Exceeds my expectations. A super nice man and workers. They have a motorcycle rental service and they picked us up at the port. You can not ask for more . Modern and clean room. Well-kept and perfect white garden

The family that runs it is fabulous. You can rent a motorbike, they do your laundry for you, you can book excursions with them... I recommend the fantastic services offered by the owners. It is very close to the supermarket and they have a very nice garden.

We came for two days from Phuket to Koh Yao Yoi and the accommodation really couldn't be better. The owner of the hotel and his wife are extremely nice and do everything to make the guests comfortable.The accommodation is a wonderfully sympathetic cottage with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, a wardrobe and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy your own snacks or sit in the evening.There are also not too many tourists on the island, so you can really see the local culture and life on the island!The tide is clearly visible on the island, and if you want to swim on the beaches, you should go in the morning, because then the water starts to go down.The accommodation is truly 5/5. I recommend!
