Stayed in a large house, very spacious, lots of beds, but unfortunately it was a bit attached to the bathroom of the breakfast room. The room was nice, rather simple. There was a kind of outdoor shower, but unfortunately you only had water to draw from and no real shower. I think the WOW effect here is the view and the terrace! Depending on the season (rainy season, dry season) the height of the river fluctuates! Although it was the rainy season, we were lucky that it hardly rained in 30 days, so the river wasn't directly under the balcony. However, when there is more rain, the river widens and the water reaches the terrace! The breakfast was delicious and the view is simply a dream!

I'm staying next to the water, not far from Erawan Waterfall. Suitable for nature lovers. Comfortable accommodation There's enough privacy. You can bring pets to stay with you.Area and water activities (wet rafting) and there is a corner for stargazing during moonless nights.Breakfast here is very good, suitable for the price of the accommodation. As for other meals, There aren't many menus to choose from, but they are delicious.

Not impressed with the service and problem solving!!!!The room had water leaking from the sink into the bedroom until the water was stuck in a puddle.I emphasize that standing water is a "puddle" in the bedroom.We couldn't request to be moved to another room.Because all rooms are full.So we don't have to use the sink.(Which makes using the bathroom difficult)Therefore, we would like to reduce the room price instead.(Which we always talk nicely about)But the resort replied that...“I will not reduce the price. Because it is a force majeure eventThe water leak was because we washed our swimsuits.There's too much water.And the previous customer who came to stay didn't know.Come while we are resting.”The answer is to blame us completely. And it doesn't make sense at all.When there was a problem, we called the employee to come look at it.He tested it and tried turning on the water and there wasn't a lot of water. It still leaked.So even if we wash our faces and brush our teeth, water leaks.Shouldn't water be leaking out of the tub anyway?There's a problem with your bathroom.It's not because we washed our swimsuits.Other problems🔺The water is not warm at all. I wanted to soak in warm water, but I didn't. (I don't know why I would pay more to get a soaking tub.)🔺What additional service fees are there? You should inform us in advance before doing it. It was not reported after it had been done. This is the service standard. When you came to inform me later, it didn't look good.

Taking my daughter to stay with a 6 year old child, the price for food will be increased from 3000 to another 400 and the price is calculated according to the number based on the number of guests. which was not informed when booking (Thank you to the resort for clarifying this matter in order to make a decision for families who will stay at the resort.
