There was the sound of a rooster crowing from around 5:00 a.m. Called to ask and the staff said that it depends on the mood of the chickens. Some days they crow, some days they don't. There's nothing they can do because they're not the hotel's chickens. And there was no word of apology from the employee and then hung up.Normally, if you come to stay in a hotel in another province, you hope to be able to rest, sleep, and wake up to do business the next day. If you want to sleep close to nature and listen to the sounds of birds and chickens, you probably won't choose to sleep in a hotel in the city.Please let the hotel improve and fix it. If you have a problem with the chicken owner, you should come to an agreement. But if you use a tone of voice and answer questions in a way that shuns responsibility like you would when answering the phone with a customer like this You may have to let your customers lie down and listen to the chickens on days when they are in the mood to crow. Instead of getting complete rest

Opposite Robinson When staying, choose a family room. It will be in a building with a brown brick pattern, probably 1,500฿ (if I remember correctly). Inside there are 2 bedrooms (2 small single beds + 1 double bed). The shower room and bathroom are separated. The room doesn't keep much sound. The water flow is not strong. Parking must be on the side without a roof. If the room is normal for 2 people, it will be locked so you can park under the room. But overall good value, recommended

Good price 850, go during the holidays, same price, clean room, no musty smell. The bed is soft and comfortable, there is coffee and a few equipment available for use. Located opposite Robinson, easy to find food, but the accommodation sign is not very noticeable☺️

The room is clean. Nice Simple modern style decoration.Bed is comfortable. But they will not clean your room daily unless you’ve told them to. My room has many mosquitoes. When the curtains were closed still some sunlight leaking. It’s very irritating when you try to get a good day nap.WiFi signal is very limited. Not sure if that happened to every room or just some room. If possible I will try to find other hotel instead.

The room is clean, the towels and pillows are very fragrant. There is no musty smell. Keep it clean and fragrant like this forever. It is very satisfying for customers like us. Any room that you enter is stuffy and you don't want to go in or you don't want to use it at all. Private parking, quiet, good view, there is Netflix to watch, it's very good. Importantly, the accommodation is in front of Robinson. 10/10 room decoration. The bathroom has separate zones and has a hair dryer and coffee.

Amazing stay. The price is so reasonable. The room was so comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds iv ever slept on. Staff are so sweet and helpful and friendly. And location is great as it is across the street from a huge mall. Highly recommend!

Very bad. The TV system is equipped with AIS, but the internet is weak, on and off, annoying. Instead of installing a backup digital antenna, it doesn't work. Must improve.

Stayed in room 2, lovely price, compared to clean rooms, soft bed, large blanket. There is a small refrigerator. There is a TV that can connect to the internet. The only disadvantage is that the internet is slow. All in all, I like it. There is no musty smell. Recommended. If you come to Kanchanaburi again, you will come back to stay.

The accommodation is opposite Robinson Kanchanaburi. Can walk across, new accommodation, clean, price 850฿, has a hair dryer, kettle, coffee, has private parking. The bed is very soft and comfortable. There are 4 pillows provided.
