The hardware side focuses on appearance and is not easy to use.On the soft side, you can tell that they are trying to provide courteous customer service, but there are many fundamental aspects that are missing.This is a common problem in new hotels, so I think it will be resolved eventually, but I think it will take a few years.

This was probably the best experience in Thailand for couples. Not many rooms so nice and quiet. Pool in the room. Room very spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The big pool is 30+ meters so excellent for laps. My wife was impressed with the cleanliness.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days on my birthday.【service】As soon as I got out of the car, the staff rushed to greet me. Drinks in the lounge are available 24 hours a day, so it's nice to be able to drink juice even after the cafe restaurant closes at 8 p.m. The staff will also bring desserts from the lounge to your room if you want to eat them before 8pm. Also, as part of our service, hot cocoa or hot milk will be brought to your room before bed. They provided me with a cake on my birthday.[Room]The moment I opened the door and entered the room, it was so beautiful that I couldn't help but say "wow." The menu is extensive, so even those with picky eaters can choose with confidence. My husband is a vegetarian, so the staff member carefully explained to me over the extension phone the menu that could be arranged. It will be delivered to your room in 20 to 30 minutes. I would like to thank the staff who carried it even though it was raining and it was very heavy. It's great that they wipe down the table with disinfectant spray before putting the food on the table! Dinner on the first day was at a cafe restaurant. This is not a service, and of course there is a fee. The sea bass steak, cream pasta, and fried baby carrier were so delicious that we had the exact same menu in our room on the second day.【summary】It was a hotel that not only had a beautiful view, but also a very good service spirit. The staff were well trained and everyone was very polite. I wanted to support you forever. It was one of the few hotels that made me want to go again! It was our first time staying in Kanchanaburi, so we had very good memories.
