5 stars for everything. Today I come to stay in one room in the entire resort. Still received good service in everything, good mattress, good atmosphere, good service staff. Most suitable for resting.

I like the design, room design and facilities. The view and overall quality of the hotel's materials, the beds are soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.But at this price Regarding the service, I would like it to be adjusted to look more professional. Employees should not talk and shout loudly near guests or near guests' rooms. If the breakfast menu were adjusted to include more vegetables and fruits or served in a more interesting way, it would be good.

It’s very nice. But there are issues. I’m saying this to the owners:If you want to be as good as you think you are, there are some things you need to fix;- why have a menu if you can’t deliver what’s on it? And train you staff to (1) tell the customer what’s not available when I enter your restaurant not at the point I’m ordering what you don’t have and (2) be able to answer the simple question; why don’t you have any spaghetti dish? And of course the answer is not that the chef doesn’t know how to cook it. Or that you’ve run out. It’s that you don’t know how to run a freaking restaurant and have in stock what you’ve put in the menu 🤦🏻♂️- have electrical items in your rooms that actually work because they are not connected to your cheap sockets by 10 baht adapters that don’t fit properly.I may add more issues as I find them during my stay. You are an expensive resort so you don’t get any free passes on poor quality ok. Do better.

Beautiful accommodations, great fun sleeping and watching Netflix series, but the food is overpriced. (Compared to 4-5 star hotels that I have stayed at before) Located about 7-8 kilometers away from 7-Eleven (but there are community shops nearby)

Stay at a raft by the water The room is very beautiful, spacious, clean, complete with equipment in the room, free minibar, soft bed, good view, good service, golf cart pick-up and drop-off because the raft is at the bottom of the steep slope. Good price, not very expensive But it's a bit far away. Dinner is available at the resort but the price is quite high. So I went out to eat.

It's a luxury raft. The atmosphere is very good. I like the water, the rain, and the mist. I got to see them all in one trip. The weather is cool and comfortable, not hot either.It's very suitable for leaving your body here. Get real restI like the design of the large two-story rooms, decorated very beautifully.There are lots of photo angles. There is a bathtub to soak in and the view is very pleasing to the eyes.

Beautiful picturesque spot on the banks of a wide clean river. Birdlife in abundance. Could have stayed here forever.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the cocoon shaped batches right down on the river built onto a floating platform. My only caution is that the curved cocoon shaped interior walls have been finished with a sharp fine stucco and it hurts if you accidentally brush against the wall.or if you have toddlers they don't like it one bit.

Check-in, friendly service Very hospitable You can see the determination of the young employees who are ready to provide service to the best of their ability.The rooms are very good, providing luxury along the Kwai Noi River with a double bed overlooking the river. Or take a dip and watch the water flow.Breakfast is at a good level. On the day of stay It is ordered as a plate. But you can order unlimitedly.There is very good privacy.

A wonderful place, peace and space. The rooms on the water are beautiful, new and spotless with a great view. It is a steep descent to these rooms but there is a golf cart available for commuting. The breakfast is not very extensive but more than sufficient. The employees hardly speak English, but with Google translate everything works. WiFi is good. The service is great, incredibly friendly employees. We ate twice in the restaurant (there are not many options in the vicinity) and asked what was recommended from the menu, taking into account dietary requirements. It was delicious!Furthermore, a very sweet dog that was fun for the children to play with.
