Really fair price and nice place. The owner is very nice and I felt well. So a good experience to stay 1-3 nights in my opinionBe careful: Don’t go to the temple at night (100m away), there are wild dogs and it’s not fun at all.Also I didn’t receive a lot of recommendations what to do in Phetchaburi so I’ve expected more from a guesthouse.

The Guest house was in a quiet place, stylish and Traditional Thai style Wooden House. The owner is helpful and friendly. She speaks good English.We stayed here for 2 days. Clean bed (no bed bug when I slept), good air condition, washing machine, Wifi, provide breakfast, well worth staying here.We rented bicycles and saw the sights of Khao Luang Cave and Phetchaburi Old Town.

August 2024 / I booked à room with attached bathroom for 5 days and rented 2 days motorbike. Quiet place close to 7/11, old market , week-end night market and restaurants. Beautiful Wooden guesthouse highly recommended.Perfect helpfull staff

Excellent..! I'm really very happy to give review with 5star”The best hotel I Phetchaburi, Thailand! I had a fan room with comfortable beds. It was very relaxing and birds chirping. The location was good and within 500meters CJ-more & 7eleven shops are & other fast food, restaurants available. The breakfast is nice and Especially the proprietress (staff) are very helpful, I'm really happy to thank her.

What a gem of a place! Beautiful house, close to the city center and a big supermarket. The breakfast is delicious and the house is spotlessly clean. I was in the single room, which was cozy and nice. The room is hot during the day in January (I used only the fan) but I slept well at night. Bicycles rent for 50 baths a day.

I loved the atmosphere of the place, looking like a tree house. You have everything you meld close to you auch breakfast is included. At night, around 10pm, it was always a bit too noisy for me.

Breakfast was great! They have a very big common area on the ground level as well as on the second floor. Plus they let you rent their bikes for just THB 50 per day. That helped a lot with navigating this small town's attractions because they are a little far away to walk, especially in the heat. Sound insulation could be better, but given it's a guesthouse, I didn't mind.

270THB for a single room with fan and shared bathroom. Free breakfast is included. Comfortable and clean.Some small downsides are: no hot water, single rooms are small, because of the wooden building noises like footsteps and closing doors are loud and noisy.

I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom for 4 nights. The price is 250 THB per night. It is difficult for me to find fault with anything. The room is spacious and light and has everything you need. There is ample common space. A generous and varied buffet breakfast is provided which I didn't even know about when booking. They have a staff member who speaks great English too. There is no problem with communication.They also provide motorbike rental for 250 THB per day. The bike provided was an almost new Honda Scoopy in very good condition. They don't try and hold your passport or ask for any deposit.The only minor complaint I have is the shared bathrooms only have cold showers and the shower head is very low down for some reason.

A great wooden house in a central location. Excellent hosts. Very clean. Great breakfast. Refrigerator available. Highly recommended to rent scooters and bikes. Fast internet. Do laundry, no problem, ask for a pin (she speaks good English).

Superb guest house.Very well placed.The manager is particularly helpful and pleasant. She speaks English well and obviously knows the good things about Phetchaburi.Some rooms are small.Ours was perfect.

This is my first time in such a wonderful guesthouse.It's very clean, and the young female owner is very friendly and attentive.It feels like you are learning Japanese hospitality.Coffee and tea are free.Breakfast is self-serve, but you can eat a variety of things, including fruits and desserts.I was surprised by the detailed arrangement of items such as items that women like. Therefore, there is security so that female solo packers can stay with peace of mind.Bicycles can be rented for 250B/day and motorcycles can be rented for 250B/day.I stayed for 2 nights, and the room was large enough for a double bed. It's on the 2nd floor and even without air conditioning, there's enough wind coming in through the windows that it gets cold at night.In addition, there are large common spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a shared refrigerator is installed on the 2nd floor, so you won't have any inconvenience during your stay. It's so relaxing and comfortable that you'll want to extend your stay, giving it a perfect score of 100.Even if you stay overnight, you will be able to enjoy the peace and memories that will make you more satisfied than ever before.Among the many guesthouses I have stayed at, I can confidently say that this is by far the best.
