The Banyan Tree Spa is the best for me. Every minute of the two and a half hours is consistent, and every detail is appropriately professional. Of course, Maggie's first-class service is indispensable.

I recently went to Banyan Tree Spa Phuket with my husband, and wow, it was honestly the best spa experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt like they really cared about making every little detail perfect. The staff were super friendly i mean a therapists but receptionist can be better about welcoming a customer but still made me feel so relaxed and taken care of.One thing that really stood out was when they put something warm under my back as I turned over—it was such a nice surprise! That small touch made the whole experience even more cozy and special.If you’re looking for a spa where they go above and beyond to make you feel pampered, this is the place. I can’t wait to go back!

What a luxurious experience! We were welcomed at the beginning with a refreshing drink and snack and the front desk lady was very helpful in recommending the most suitable session for me as I mentioned my arms were sunburnt. Each massage room is its own villa and very private. The masseuse was very professional and I was put at ease from the very beginning to the end. At the end of the session we are given yogurt, fruits and tea to relax before we are taken back to the front desk. Tips are not mandatory but if your masseuse is good, they recommend 10% of the package price.

I went there two days in a row. Receptionist explained each type massage. Thre was welcome refreshment then we were taken to treatment room. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Therapists were friendly and confirmed treatment before starting. Afterwards we were served more refreshment. It was a pleasant experience

Just an incredible place, with such an amazing atmosphere. The massage deserves special admiration. It has already been said above that every baht given for a massage is worth it! I've lived in Thailand for a long time and I've probably never had a better massage. I recommend you a masseuse: TONIE. she is a professional!!!

What a lovely treat on our recent holiday in Thailand. Yes I know people will say you can get good quality massages on the local street vendors for much cheaper. But this is the whole package deal with lovely welcoming staff, calming and tranquil environment, exceptional treatment rooms for couples and high standard of therapists. Definitely worth every extra bhat.

Banyan Tree Spa! It's a shame.The price is really outrageous thoughThere are also frequent promotions. In our time, there was a promotion that offered a 6,000 baht 90-minute ride for 4,500, but we received a 30% discount on our stay, so we paid about 4,200.(There are many programs, but I did the Balinese oil massage)There is an overwhelming price difference compared to outside. In fact, Banyan Tree Spa is world famous. Also, I complained because I thought I wouldn't be able to receive the money I paid in Korea.If you follow the staff, you will come across several villas, which are places where you can receive spa treatments. You can get a massage in a nice atmosphere and feel like you are being treated well.The massage skills were the best among both locals and tourists. Press down firmly on the painful area (check the painful area in advance).It was a massage that really felt like something I learned professionally.If you go to Banyan Tree, I highly recommend checking out the old number. Reservation required one day in advance!

We had a wonderful experience in the Banyan Tree spa. The 1 hour massage was truly amazing, situated in a small little room outside of the spa, it was a unique experience. Both of our massage therapists were so friendly and amazingly attentive. Would definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself!

The hotel is only partly open, nothing of what they advertise is available, the Spa is closed, although they offer treatments in a villas. So if you want the Banyan Tree Spa experience advertised, FORGET IT. They advertise 6 restaurants, they have one and a half-hearted attempt at a second, thye are planning to open the pool restaurant next week?? Really bad, if you are thinking of staying here, wait until they have sorted all of the facilities.The staff or wonderful but the management leaves a lot to be desired.
