It's a bit long, but read it before deciding to take a break. I didn't come to discredit the accommodation at all. Other people may think it's good. But for us, we were not impressed from the moment we checked in.I'll tell you. I came to check in and the staff member asked what my name was. I told him. A staff member walked up and said that if you put in the book, you have to pay an additional 500 at the front of the house. We asked what the fee was. When booking, there was no notice. The staff responded that there would be an additional 500 for staying on Saturday. We were told when booking that there was none. If you don't believe it, come check out the chat you reserved. So the employee called the owner for us to talk. The owner said that if you come to stay on Saturday, you have to add more money. We refused. The owner said, We will transfer the money back for 1 room, but can only stay in one room. So we went back and talked about coming together and where would you sleep in the other room that night? And in the chat that I talked about, there was no mention of additional payment. So we opened the chat for another employee to see. The younger one nodded. Then the employee took his cell phone and continued talking with the owner. After a while I hung up the phone and called back to inform that I would let you stay and not increase the price. Craig ended and didn't want to say much and came to stay in a different country. Never mind........The metal bed came out and hit my girlfriend's leg. We called to report it. The owner was very enthusiastic, afraid that the customer would be injured, so he would bring the bed to change for him. Spent a little bit and asked to see if my girlfriend was really hurt.The accommodation should be improved more. My sister's room has a very dark door. When you open it, you're afraid the glass will fall. I saw the word "renovated" so I came to stay. In summary, I'm not very happy with it........Breakfast we went at 7:40 a.m. The accommodation said it would be served at 8:00 a.m. which was not informed before any stay. Wherever we went to stay, we ate food at general accommodations before 8:00 a.m. everywhere, so we drove to 7-Eleven because I didn't want to sit and wait and put pressure on them again. Breakfast is not a lot of porridge.When booking, I was told that I would get a side room with the best view. On the day of my stay, there would be a raft instead of ours. So we got the second house. The staff informed us that It was moved because of the flooding. We don't understand what the Prae system is like........In the bathroom, the water flows very slowly. The toilet flush still has stains.
