good hostel, no bugs, nice and clean. the sheets had stains on them but nothing major. the hostess was very nice. would not recommend phuket for more than a night, awful town, very busy. it's rather expensive, I paid about 30€ per night, you can go a lot cheaper. but it's very nice so it was worth the money.

One of my favorite hostels I’ve stayed at in a Thailand! The interior is so cute and the rooms have comfortable beds and great AC. The hostel owner and her sweet pup were so kind and quick to provide fantastic recommendations! She even let me borrow her bike to explore the city and took me to the bus station herself the next day after making me an espresso! 12/10 would recommend to anyone who loves a small hostel and local recs !

Friendly staff and clean and peaceful dorm room and bathrooms. I've stayed at many other hostels in Thailand yet W168 hostel is the best hostel I've stayed at!

don’t recommend. The hostel owner runs a coffee shop downstairs, and the rooms are upstairs. The girls’ dormitory is on the second floor, and the boys’ dormitory is on the third floor. However, the place where girls sink is open to the public, so it would be awkward if someone passes by.Consider coming in summer: I don’t even recommend it. The owner will turn off the air conditioner during the day at a high temperature of 34 degrees, from about 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock. The reason is that I hope everyone will go out more and not stay in hostel(The reason is weird enoughMoreover, the hostel owner is quite sensitive to sounds, so walking at night (normal walking) should not make any noise as it will affect her dog’s sleep. The location is very good, but the overall experience is not very good😢

Didn't like the hostel, while the reception/common area decor is cool, I didn't like anything else.The AC in the dorm is switched off from 11 in the morning till 6 in the evening and it is practically impossible to even sit in the dorm during that time. The dorm is pretty dimly lit and you'll end up using phone flash all the time.The dorm is on the second floor with no lift and many rules.

Amazing hostel with super helpful and friendly staff and adorable Cony the doggo. The location is awesome, just a five minute walk from the main tourist sites of the old town. The facilities are all very new and well looked after, the arrangement is very stylish, and everything is kept clean. The breakfasts Tan, the hostel owner, cooks are exceptional. She is a great communicator and went out of her way to help me enjoy my stay. I couldn't be happier that I chose this hostel for my first visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it.

Great hostel!I had a perfect stay. The rooms and showers etc. were very clean.The owner Tan was super nice and helpful. She gave me lots of tips about my stay in Phuket and my future trip.You were always greeted warmly by Conny (the sweet hostel dog).I would come here again at any time.

This was the best hostel I've ever stayed in! Everything was so clean, new and the beds were much more comfortable than usual in hostels. The air conditioning meant you could sleep really well. The owner and her dog were incredibly nice and always helped if we had any questions. We even got ice cream once and when my bus didn't come as I thought it would, she drove me straight to the harbor. I would come back anytime, thank you very much for the lovely stay!

At this price, I cannot imagine better service than this. The host, Nemo, is super helpful and friendly. The hostel is central to all Phuket Town attractions. Being vegan, I found this location very convenient as there are 5-6 vegan joints in all price ranges, within a km. I hardly had to take a bike except for the last day when I had to go to the harbour.Cleanliness: Very clean beds, common areas, washrooms, and toilets. There is place where you can dry clothes. They provide a shower gel and toilets have paper rolls. The beds are made every afternoon.Rooms: The dormitory is spacious enough for returning to rest. There is very less legroom however but that’s okay as it’s a hostel and not a private room. The room is very dark till 11:00 in the morning as people wake up late after late evenings but there is a bed lamp that helps. Each bed has international plug points which makes charging all your paraphernalia easy. Beds are quite large.Convenience: You can leave your backpacks in a neat pile if you need to keep them after checking out. Since footwear has to be removed downstairs the rooms remain clean. You get a 500ml bottle of water daily till you stay.Travelling: If you want to go to any of the beaches (Kamala, Kata, Karon, etc.) or the Big Buddha the blue Song Taew can be taken just 700m away from the hostel which costs only 40 baht and is available every half hour. You can flag one down if you see it on the main road. I used it travel all over and used bikes only when absolutely necessary. Turned out very cheap and comfortable.

I loved everything about this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfy and provide lockers, the host was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful and I always felt safe in the hostel due to the CCTV. I could not recommend this hostel enough it is easily the best place I've stayed in all of Southeast Asia (and I've stayed in a lot of places). It feels more like a hotel than a hostel. I was solo travelling at this point and the host went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe and was always having a good time.And that's not even the mention the cutest manager Cony (the Pom)!If you need a hostel near the old town book here, you won't be disappointed!

During my recent stay at a hostel, I unfortunately fell victim to theft when my shoes were stolen from a public area. The incident has raised concerns about the hostel's security arrangements and their impact on guest safety.Although the hostel offered comfortable accommodations, it lacked essential security measures such as lockers or surveillance cameras. This absence of precautions left guests vulnerable to opportunistic thieves. As a result, my overall experience was overshadowed by the distress caused by the theft.To ensure a stress-free stay, potential guests are advised to exercise caution with their personal belongings and to inquire about the hostel's security measures before booking. By doing so, you can minimize the risk of falling victim to theft and enjoy a truly memorable stay without any unfortunate incidents.

The owners, Cony (an adorable dog) and Tan made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and I got tons of great travel advice from Tan and Nemo. Definitely one of my favorite hostels ever and a great place to stay when in Phuket, thanks for everything!

Good location that walkable to Old town.I’ve booked for 1 night, and extended 1 more night. I love that there’s a choice for female room.Staff are so nice. They will help you everything as they can.
