After the pandemic, these apartments became just apartments for rent; mostly winterers live here, because they are far from all the noisy entertainment. All 7 swimming pools are open, but all the mini bars and the restaurant on the ground floor are of course closed, being resold and waiting for their owner. Therefore, there are no more breakfasts, spas, or transfers to the beach. But since all the apartments have their own kitchen, you can cook by yourself or go to restaurants nearby, 7/11 is nearby, there are pharmacies, the beach is about 800 meters on foot, we walked for 15 minutes with a stroller. But sometimes there are tuk tuks and you can get there or back for 40-60 baht. On the beach there is a parking lot for these taxi drivers. Therefore, of course, you need to take soap and soap with you, depending on who is renting it and what kind of apartment, you will be given towels, bed sheets, and there are washing machines in almost every apartment. The gray sofas are actually for 1 person, but many owners have replaced them with new 2-bedroom ones. We paid for electricity separately, it’s not cheap, I’ll tell you. We always had 2 air conditioners working; we paid 11,200 rubles per month. I still think why open the balconies and the entrance doors in such heat, it turns out so as not to pay such bills later. Therefore, these are not 5* apartments, as intended. I also forgot to write that you clean yourself, or 500 Baht and they will clean the whole apartment for you, but I’ll tell you straight away that for Thais, cleanliness means wiping visible places, so immediately say that you need to wipe the baseboards, and you also need to wash the floor under the bed and sofa!!!

Pros: availability of a kitchenette, washing machine, 7 swimming pools, convenient parking, condo almost empty (5% occupied), within walking distance of a cafe, bar, 7/11.Of the minuses: far from the city, entertainment, markets, large stores are far away, the spa does not work, a fitness room with non-working equipment (the treadmill and other devices are not working), the area is not cheap in terms of the cost of cafes and massages. The rooms are small in size.

Clean and well presented with everything you need for a long stay when booking beware or tax’s and chargers they can double your cost of advertised price but unit is walking distance to beach and restaurants with several motorcycle higher shops close

The apartment suits all my needs. Excellent for a family of 4 people. The yard is so-so, the pool is rarely cleaned. It’s a five-minute walk to the sea, but it’s deep and has waves. Good neighbors and the best borscht in Phuket nearby:)

Disgusting rooms. The chairs on the balcony break when you sit on them. Buy toilet paper at your own expense. If you don’t have a washing machine, then use one towel until the end of your vacation. The pillows are not comfortable. It's impossible to cook. The table is low.And most importantly, THERE ARE A TON OF BUGS IN THE ROOM! Very dirty. You can often notice small bugs crawling around the room, sometimes larger ones (I saw a beetle, about 3 cm)It's just a nightmare! I don’t recommend it to anyone, only disadvantages.

Quiet. The pools are clean. Decent parking. There is a shop. It’s very convenient that it’s not a long drive from the airport. Especially if you arrived for a short period of time. The beach is relatively close. And there is even a shuttle, although walking is also fine.
