Photos absolutely not representative, they must date from the launch of the hotel...Pool out of service. Dirty and damp bedding. Obligatory stars but deserves none. Run away, don't stop. Absolutely not charming it's the opposite.

Nightmare at the hotelWhere to start...This hotel deserves to close.We were supposed to stay two nights, we didn't even stay one.The pool is green with grime and mold.Mushrooms grow on the cushions made for relaxing.A pile of hair in the shower. Suspicious stains on mattresses and pillows.To flee.

TO RUN AWAY!!!!Hotel not maintained, everything is dirty, the mattress is moldy with strange yellow spots.Toilets and bathrooms dirty, unsanitary.Unusable green swimming pool filled with moss and algae.If you want to catch unknown diseases, head to this hotel.The photos speak for themselves.

Cham's House used to be lovely, now it's just terrible, poorly maintained, incompetent staff, overpriced food and beverages. Avoid this place if you have any common sense.

Don't stay here...this is a warning if you don't want to miss out on the fun.I'd like to tell the owner to close the hotel if he doesn't have a heart for service like this.There is no closure for renovations after Covid.All rooms are very old and shabby.It's just towels, handkerchiefs, bath towels, bed sheets, blankets, but don't invest in changing the set and use the same old ones that are stained for the customer....it doesn't look clean. It came with a stain and I didn't know what to wash it and it looked dirty.The tub was stained. The room was in an old condition without any improvements. If the hotel we wanted to go to wasn't full, we definitely wouldn't come here.The water heater was broken and told the technician to come and fix it at 3 p.m. The technician came to fix it at 7 p.m. and waited for a very long time.Most of the employees provide good service, but the owner's attitude is not good. If you want money, but don't invest in anything like this, just let it go bankrupt....a rubbish school.

I recommend it!!!! Run away….Anyone thinking of coming to stay Don't just look at the picture and see that it's beautiful. You've been deceived because here the rooms are very dirty, very old, not worth the price spent. The food is very expensive. The staff after 7 p.m. are like they've died. Don't expect to receive any service. It's really bad. Seriously, if there were 0 stars, I wouldn't really be able to give 0 at all. Smelly towels are torn / the room is full of dust / the bathroom has only sand / there is no hot water in the bathroom. Broken or something, I don't know. All I know is that it's a waste of money. I booked 3 nights and many rooms. I feel very disappointed. outside swimming pool A tile falls off. Anyone who goes in to play with it will definitely get a cut on their foot.The only recommendation is "Go stay somewhere else."

First thing you come in is that the swimming pool is very old. There were a lot of tiles falling out. When entering the room, it was as if the room had not been cleaned. There was sand and instant noodle powder on the floor. Towels were not provided. You have to ask for it to be brought to you. The bathroom has only sand.My girlfriend had to come clean the room herself. In the end, I had to have the housekeeper come and do it again, wasting a lot of time.

In principle acceptable. The pool is always cleaned, the hotel area looks beautiful and well-groomed. Of the minuses:1) there are no sockets near the bed2) hot water is turned on through a switch in the panel. The water temperature is almost not regulated))

Everything is completely rocked, out of 4 stars the 3 stars should be taken and the 1 star is then for the location.It is in need of complete renovation. I spent 4 nights there, that was 4 nights too many...Breakfast is served with rancid vegetables and salad etc. There are flies sitting on the food, it is dirty and muddy in the area of the counter and cooking area where the eggs and bacon are prepared. Just looking at the doors to the kitchen or the closet...I could go on and on about this resort negatively, but if you don't believe it, make up your own mind.Kind regards.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is quiet and easy to walk down to the beach. The accommodation is quite old. There are many lizards and geckos. Breakfast is general. Asked about the rowing boats on the beach, they all said they were broken. There is no paddle to play with.

Quiet accommodation on a private beach. There are shade trees at the beach where you can lie down all day. There are a lot of trees and it looks shady. Delicious food, moderate price, beach hotel style. One side dish costs about 350-400 baht, a single dish costs about 250 baht.* The disadvantage is that nowadays the beach is dirty and there is a lot of trash. You may have to help pick up trash more often. It's probably good to keep it in the morning and evening.Breakfast has few options, bread is not delicious. But the cake is delicious. Overall, it's still considered ok.

They will renovate in near future. The material was great but low maintenances. I booked suite room for the outdoor jacuzzi but it was not clean. I asked to change for the lower grade room. It is better.
