There was a power outage on the second night. It was impossible to sleep in this weather without air conditioning at 4 o'clock in the morning. After contacting the front desk staff, they quickly opened another room for us to sleep in until noon the next day. The room was also cleaned every day. , the crisis management is quite good!!! I especially want to leave a message to share...

The receptionist is an incredibly competent, service-oriented, highly organized force. Always smiling and speaking English, always striving for the best communication with customers and employees.Good price-performance ratio.Unfortunately there were loud drunk guests twice during the night. Of course, this is not the responsibility of the hotel management.

I had a wonderfull time at Du Sila ! The location was excellent, Miow is the best ! Always smiling and a positive attitude, very helpfull with everything !The room was perfect and the pool was greatI highly recommend this place

I would say that the only bad thing here is that there are sometimes drunk people and they take their behavior with them to the swimmingpool and get drunk there and swimming with clothes on.For my next stay I would like the owner to make it more clear that drunken pigs and dogs are not allowed at the swimmingpool. And to keep quite.Other than that very nice place. A bit old rooms but it is not so expensive.

Good stay overall. Large and nice room and almost zero insects and crawlers. The only bad thing about the room was the bathroom which had stains in the shower. The staff were very nice, helpful and spoke good English.

Good home base for activities around the island. The ever-present, hard-working receptionist Meow (Miao) makes this place exceptional. She's doing a fantastic job, a great source for advice and information. One day she's destined to become the MD of a luxury hotel or run her own place.

Nice and quiet little boutique-ish hotel, on the rural rd in Whitesands beach. Decent rooms, clean and spacious enough. Only gripe is that the air cons are not great. Doesn't work as standard, but cooled the room, eventually. Otherwise a nice place. Breakfast is extra, but at 890b a night you can't complain. Friendly and hospitable staff. Fair location, but a good walk from the main strip of Whitesands beach proper. Bike rental advised to get yourself up and down the main drag into town/the best part of WS beach.

We stayed here 4 nights we had a dirty room/broken room so they did put us in antoher room. the first night there was a lady that kept everyone awake, untill 5 in the morning,only after I called the reception for a second time with a bit more anger, they came and fixed it. The next morning we got breakfast, but this I didn't even finish because it was that bad, the croissant was undercooked, and they did put the smoked salmon in the microwave.The floors in the rooms were really dirty, like they don't clean it at all.They are nice people, and helpful, so that's something

An amazing place, mostly due to Suraporn, the receptionist who will make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, AC works like a charm. The only minor issue is the wifi that doesn't reach certain rooms.Also the place is really quiet even though it's relatively close to the main road.Will definitely come back when in the area.

Very nice hotel near the White Sand Beach With a pool Receptionist Miow is very helpful with all questions. If you don't want to spend the night on the beach, this is the place for you

Truly epic stay, we went in the off season. So it was pretty quite. The receptionist was awesome and couldn't do enough for ya. Very friendly and very bubbley (unfortunatelyi forgot her name). The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean.
