Expensive, pretentious, beautiful.Villas on the first line with a small catch.By default, when you book a Seaview Villa you will most likely get a Seaview Villa rooftop view villa and an upgrade offer of 2,500 baht per night to a Seaview Villa. I don’t know if it’s the business model of the owners, or the creativity of the staff, but it doesn’t look very good.To be fair, the villa overlooking the roof of the neighboring villa is also quite cozy.Expensive and stylish designer decoration, slightly tired infrastructure, water pressure is weak, the water in the jacuzzi is frankly rusty, and there are a lot of mosquitoes.But the location of the villa can easily overcome everything.Excellent hotel :)

I do not advise at allThe worst experience ever, at this price there are many competing options, (the beach is public) and the place is dirty and no one cleans itFirst of all, I checked into a booking with breakfast and a view of the sea. When I arrived, I was surprised by the place and there was no one to serve you. I had to go looking for anyone to help me, with my suitcases on the street, and call the number. No one answered (they answered very late).I entered the apartment and, as I attached to the pictures, the sea view and the view!!In general, I contacted the number and it refused to take me to the apartment that actually overlooks the seaI spoke to the employee present and said, “Where is the breakfast place?”He said we don't have breakfastI made a reservation for breakfast!!I had to call the number a second time, and the call lasted more than ten minutes, so that the employee could verify the truth of my words!!Finally, they said they would bring us breakfast, and I said the appropriate time was 11 o’clock.They came tomorrow at 10:30, they entered us without permission and brought breakfast!!!!They brought breakfast without drinks and I called the number and said (tomorrow) will they bring drinks with breakfast or not?I also called the number as I needed certain items and he said they were not availableI spoke to the employee there and he brought it to me directly!!I strongly do not recommend it. There are many options that are more suitable than this price and give you much better service.

Located on the Nai Thon beach (15 minutes from the airport), this hotel was a very good and convenient one-day halt for us as we flew back to India from Phuket. We got a 2-bedroom apartment, which was extremely well appointed and comfortable, with a kitchenette with a fridge and ample bottled water, good beds and thoughtful accessories.There are nice restaurants and small convenience stores (and tens of massage shops) within walking distance and the beautiful beach is just 50 meters away.However, please note that this is not a hotel - it is more like a serviced apartment, with no reception, front desk, room service, etc. There is nobody that can help you call a taxi or order food - you get a code to enter the apartment and that's it - you are essentially on your own. There was a fairly noisy karaoke party happening close to the apartment until around midnight and the rooms are not well insulated from the outside noise.

There's nothing more peaceful than the sound of the sea. 2 nights or more at SEA LORD Naithon Beach Phuket is a must everyone should do. Our apartment is sitting right on the beach. We can enjoy beautiful Sunsets, white sand Beach and waves crashing on shore from our bed! Snoozing, reading or people watching from our couch or balcony. This is a holiday within a holiday, a break from travelling around.

Very nice little boutique hotel. Bungalows that incredible inside! lots of space and very modern design. Everything you need is available in the rooms. The beach situated at the bottom of the hotel stairs is really quiet, clean with one of the most smooth sand I have experienced in Phuket. You can observe beautiful sunsets and you are not bothered by the boats or the tourist beach attractions like for some of the other beaches. The only criticism for me is there is no receptions and it is a bit tricky to find the people taking acre of the bungalows. Plus ours was not ready when we arrived (3:30pm) so we had to wait for an hour in a little bar on the beach. However, that minor inconvenience was wiped away by the incredible design and service inside the bungalows, the beautiful views and the beach!

Right next to the beach with sunset.Everything was great. Rooms are nice and big.Things that could be improved, the coffee machine doesn’t work, and lots of mosquitoes if there are electrical net would be better.

Located at the end of the beach, the beautiful apartments are hidden in the trees. The rooms are very well equipped, although some equipment in the kitchen is missing for real chefs. Here, as in Thailand, it is better to eat out in the small restaurants.

Absolutely amazing. From the villa, which is very clean and down right beautiful, to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, a couple of minimarkets and 2 ATMs. The beach is clean, the water was crystal clear, we were pretty much the only people on it. The stars for the services are for the overall experience, but mainly for the staff at the kitchen/bar which were more than polite, helpful and friendly. The villa was cleaned every day, with fresh beach & bathroom towels.Even if the sea view is not direct, I don't consider this a minus as everything was perfect.I would definitely return here.
