Quiet place but old rooms. We were out of season so it's difficult to judge. Very kind and helpful Katy and Som ready to solve all our requests. Thanks to Katy's husband who was available to accompany us to Trat otherwise we would have missed the plane. The only flaw is the distant beach

There is no access to the sea, only rocks. The staff is friendly, everything works in the rooms, soap and towels, everything is there. The walk to the beach was a thrill for us, the beach itself is gorgeous. The area is small, but there is a descent to the water and a path along the rocks along the water. There we admired the sunset. I recommend it to those who like to walk. Very impressive pool👍🏼

I’ve genuinely loved my stay here, the rooms are perfect for what I needed comfortable bed and immaculately clean. The views are breathtaking great spot for getting around the island while lots of near by.|The staff are absolutely amazing |Thank you so much for everything I’ll see you again for definite 💚🙏🏻🙏🏻

Perfect, a reasonable price for a hotel a little away from mass tourism.... And above all the extreme kindness and dedication of the couple of managers.... We had some setbacks with our vehicle and they Was really helpful....admittedly my partner is Thai, but still.So the only downside is the beach is a little far from the hotel, but nothing dramatic

Very friendly and helpful staff.Rented scooter through the accommodation - great scooter at a fair priceThe rooms were always cleaned and offer enough space.Suggestions for improvement:The WiFi is really anything but good.The pool and bar had so much potential to enjoy the sunset.

Stayed at the Chang Cliff for 9 nights(w. Seaview) . Love the location even though that you have to go for a walk (20min) or your scooter/taxi to go to the closest beach. The hotel itself is away from the roads so in the evening you don't hear the noise from the bars and traffic.Some say rooms need refurbishment, I was totally fine with the equipment. I loved the beds, slept really well in it.The service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful...especially the two ladies at reception. Rent a scooter, book a shuttle....everything was sorted within minutes. Great work.Breakfast was okay, maybe some cold cuts are missing.1 🌟 off because the WiFi was a bit annoying and not stable at all.Overall I had a really lovely stay at the Chang Cliff.

Resort with great location. Basic breakfast. Room was little oldish, but still nice. Pool with nice views. Best thin about this hotel is definitely staff! They are so nice and help you with everything. They rent us motorbike, but we noticed that was little broken, so they change that right away. And the next day they change that even better and new one without asking. They were very kind, helpful and always happy face! Every day they make beautiful fold our towels, that wasn't happened never before anywhere else in thailand.
