Been coming here for years but will try other hotels to get better service.They didn't offer to help with luggage, told my wife to move our car while she was taking our stuff out and just didn't seem to care.Rooms are old with cement falling off the walls in the bathroom and rusty and broken bins not being replaced.In all a very disappointing experience!

Overall, Peninsula is a great choice !Views:The beauty of the beach and sunsets in Peninsula is breathtaking.Room:The room is spacious, the bathroom is amazing and the cleaning team very friendly and efficient! Wi-fi was excellent and the sea view is top.Breakfast:Breakfast options are a good mix of local and european food. Only the staff at the breakfast in the morning was not the friendliest and they should do something against the little flies landing on the fruits and fresh vegetables.Dinner:The restaurant is good! Both thai and european options were enjoyable, and the staff in the evening was adorable.Tip: if you need a change, there is a very nice restaurant juste outside the resortwith friendly owners called "Restaurant" that offers very nice thai foodLocation:This part of the island is beautiful but quite remote, which is what some are looking for. The local village nearby is nice but if you want more food options and nice bars you'll have to cross the big hill which is not ideal at night. It's maybe more an hotel for short-stays.Other:Huge pool, modern and well-equipped gym

It could be so beautiful BUT!! Children screaming at the pool all day, children screaming at breakfast, if you're looking for peace and quiet you should avoid this place even though the location is fantastic... a shame because there's nothing else to complain about...

Everything is good, near Ao Thammachat pier. There is a sea view photography corner. Good breakfast. The room is near the swimming pool. The sea is in the room.

1 night vacation. Quiet, nature-friendly, and clean.A quiet stay for families.The swimming pool is deep and wide, so be careful when using it with children.You can go on an outing to the offshore sea using a kayak (charged).I can't see the monkey. Surprisingly, there are not many mosquitoes.Since you have to go over the hill, there are no convenience stores/stores within walking distance. It is recommended that you purchase the drinks and items you need in advance. Still, the food in the restaurant isn't bad and it has everything you need for breakfast.

I feel obliged to leave testimony of the misadventure with this structure.We book a junior suite, we go there and at check-in we are told that they won't take us due to too much demand. We asked for clarification and the response of the girl at reception was: call Booking customer support.Now I'll let you imagine, 8,000 km from home, on a small island without even having had time to get a SIM for the phone, plus it was raining, it was high season on the island and the facilities were almost all full as we felt . It was frustrating, one waits all year to have a bit of relaxation and is thrown out onto the street (even though he had already paid) because the structure has repealed the right to give our room to someone else?!? We were given no explanation for this. Too much demand was the only thing we understood from the girl at the reception who spoke terrible English. What was even more shocking was how they washed their hands without even trying to find us another accommodation. In the end we found a hostel that cost us 3 times more than the structure we had booked (paradoxical) and Booking promised to compensate us the difference. Unfortunately we were not compensated for the time lost and travel on the island to find accommodation (taxis cost an arm and a leg). If you are looking for structures that treat you with seriousness and professionalism, I certainly cannot recommend this structure to you. Stay away!

The place is very nice, the pool is struggling to maintain the water quality. Everyone should make their own impression, yes the breakfast was normal years ago with service and very quiet and in keeping with the place back then, which is no longer the case the people are running all over the place, the whole thing no longer seems relaxing, it doesn't suit the place, and the crowds don't make it any better, yes, respect for the staff who work here, less is more, but unfortunately not anymore here, the facilities of the place are unique Others could be changed if you want. It will be difficult for us to book here again, yes the management should react.

It could be perfect. We chose this resort because of the tranquility in the reviews. Unfortunately, we were confronted with the opposite. Non-stop sound system with music that is usually played on Khaosan Rd. in the restaurant/pool area at a very loud volume. That's also the reason why we avoided the restaurant and ate out. At night there is an open-air cinema, which is also very loud and not a single guest attends.If you want to party at the beach/pool/restaurant, this is the place for you. If you want peace and quiet, you should look for another alternative.Otherwise there are no other complaints at all.

Location is great our room was on the beach , beds super comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant are excellent. Very safe shallow water one side and the Siam jetty to the other that you can snorkel off as it has some coral 🪸 reef. Lovely pool all in all couldn't fault, my only disappointment was that I wanted to stay longer but they were booked up.

The hotel can be entered in 2 ways. (with pictures to explain)Entrance 1 Google map, past the shrine, prepare to enter, very close, steep descent, go straight in. Reception check in here and there is a golf cart taken to the room. But going out is dangerous. rose to a halt There's a curve on the right side, be careful!!Entrance 2, opposite PTT gas station. There is a 7-11 in the gas station and a Blue Haven Bay sign. You can enter the Yacht Marina and enter the hotel. Going out this way is safe, the road can be seen on both sides. A beautiful location hotel, the room is nice ,directly on the beach, however you can hear all noises from the neighbour room.If you come here you have a fantastic experience of a vacation .

The entrance is quite steep. Good hotel, good receptionist. The booking price via Agoda is around a thousand baht. There is a private beach and Lonely tree and a beautiful pier. The hotel has a very high degree of privacy. The food in the hotel is delicious and not expensive. Breakfast is good and various. The chlorine in the swimming pool is a bit too strong and hurts the eyes.
