Beautiful, with a private beach in front, quiet, the room is a great value. Booked on the wrong day, but all the staff took care of it very well. Especially the siblings are very cute. Thank you for taking good care of us. very nice place and beach so beautiful very nice staff

We didn't have the buffet (low season) but we could order what we wanted and ask for more if necessary :) (pancakes, American breakfast, sandwiches, fried rice, porridge, etc.) with fruit and toast available.The staff is extremely pleasant and kind, always ready to help with a smile. This place is fantastic, very quiet location perfect for relaxing. We even saw bioluminescent plankton at night.Staff is friendly and very helpful, rooms are big and clean, and food is also good.Shops-restaurants area is 5 minutes drive.

The rooms are spacious. Complete facilities The room is very clean. Good service staff speak because they are friendly. The breakfast is delicious with a lot to choose from and a mini buffet as well. There is a private beach for people to sit and relax, there are bars and restaurants. Recommend staying here because it's very good.

The hotel is grossly overpriced! If you book a bungalow in the back rows in the forest, the price is ok - at the front you pay for the view of rocks and stones. We thought from the pictures that we could go swimming on the beach there and so we booked a bungalow in the front row. Unfortunately the photos were taken in the morning at high tide, so you can't see the stones that start 2 m from the shore. When we asked the staff where you could swim here, we were shown a beach about 100 meters away - in front of another hotel. It's a disgrace to charge 95 euros per night without breakfast for a bungalow by the sea where you can't enjoy the sea.

Not recommended. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. The beach is not suitable for swimming.We paid around 95 euros for a beach bungalow in the first row. In return you get a nice 5 star hotel further north with breakfast and a pool and a beautiful beach.We booked the bungalow because of the beautiful pictures, location and the beautiful beach. Unfortunately the beach was not usable because there were stones everywhere that made swimming impossible. The beach section is the worst we have seen on Koh Chang. It is also infested with beach fleas.I spoke to the reception and said that the pictures on the internet do not correspond to reality and that you cannot swim on the beach. The answer I got was that you could go to another hotel.In summary you can say that you pay a lot of money for a hotel without breakfast, beach and pool.I would also like to emphasize that the staff was always friendly to us. The bad rating has nothing to do with the staff.

Comfortable large concrete rondavel style huts in a forested clearing close to the beach. At the end of the beach, it’s quieter, wider and nicer here. The entire beach is clean and mostly free from litter. The only adjoining property is a quiet campsite. The beach has quite a few mosquitoes, particularly at dawn and dusk; coils were very useful.The bus drop off/pickup is a 500m walk along the beach. On arrival they said that we could have had a pickup had we arranged it.Comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, a/c, hot shower etc. Chairs and a table outside. Loads of interior space with sparse furnishings; some comfortable chairs would have been really nice. Room is a bit dark.Restaurant is a bit expensive and corporate; the Bamboo Hut is nearby, a family restaurant that’s really friendly and good.There’s also a small shop nearby selling cold beer much cheaper than the bar.The beach ends here. There’s a rough track that leads through a battered forest to fishponds and a stream, it’s a good area for birdwatching. The forest proper doesn’t seem that far away.

Reading the comments of other people who have stayed in this hotel, I am seriously surprised that no one talks about the numerous waste on the beach and in the water. It seems that people enjoy swimming among the rubbish. There was so much trash that my friend and I decided after the second day to ask reception for people and trash bags to clean the beach ourselves. After 1h30 we collected no less than 6 bags of waste of all kinds. We collected flip flops, plastic bottles, and even used syringes. South East Asia is dirty, Thailand is a dirty country so ok you have to understand that they don't have the same waste collection and sorting infrastructure as in Europe. But I ask the hotel employees, instead of being on their phones all day long, to simply clean the beach every afternoon when the tide is low and it leaves behind a real recycling center. I was shocked to see that the tourists quickly resigned themselves and were content with that. No tourists came to help us when we collected the 6 bags of waste, they all remained sitting in their deckchairs. 2 hotel staff helped us for 15 minutes and then went back to sit and play on their phone. When checking out we received no thanks for this, neither a drink nor a meal was offered to us to thank us.So if you like to swim among the waste come here you will be served because the sea brings it back every day. The bungalows are clean and comfortable, the restaurant ok but not cheap. A little further on you will find a small restaurant with a much larger menu and less expensive. There is no shuttle into town, and taxis will wait to fill my trailer with 10 tourists before leaving and will charge you a lot of money.Conversely, if you are planning a vacation in Paradise, flee because it is not here. Every time you look at the sand or sea from your beach towel, you'll probably see some horrible piece of trash that no one picks up.The staff is however very nice, there is a man who quickly passes the rake on the beach in the morning but as the tide is high the waste is in the sea and he does not collect it. The tide is low from 11:00 a.m. and there we see everything that the sea leaves and no one moves to pick them up.There are two dogs who stay at the hotel and spend their days scratching each other because they have fleas. These dogs have collars and must belong to the hotel. Given the price of the rooms, the hotel should deworm the dogs to help them against fleas.I was saddened every day to see these poor dogs suffering and scratching so much.

A very nice, well-maintained resort. Absolutely suitable for relaxing. The staff fulfills every wish. At low tide the beach is very rocky and you have to walk a few meters to get into the sea. Access to the resort is a bit difficult via sandy paths. A scooter is recommended. If you want to party, you've come to the wrong place. And really liked it. The bungalow is spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is great and varied.
